  Toby is absolutely amazing! He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and never made me feel rushed.   Lowcountry Foundation was such a pleasure to deal with. The previous foundation company was awful on every way along with the same cracked wall results. They spent 3 hours measuring and assessing- the new fix went flawlessly with minor drywall repair. My only regret is not using them the first time instead of the awful foundation company which was totally incompetent

  I’m pretty happy with the outcome. My only thing is it’s a very expensive process for very little time invested very little product invested, but I do understand. I do think that it would be more beneficial to the consumer at that price that any cracks that were fixed by raising concrete that they would seal those cracks to avoid future issues instead of leaving that to the homeowner.

  We recently had our crawl space fully encapsulated and smart jacks installed by Low Country Foundation Repair, and I can’t say enough good things about Christian, Matt, and Brandon. These guys absolutely worked their tails off through heat, humidity, and some pretty nasty weather without ever cutting corners. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. Christian did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire project. He kept us informed every step of the way, set clear expectations, and always made sure we understood what was happening and why. It’s rare to find a crew that combines hard work, professionalism, craftsmanship, and great communication the way these three do. They took a project that could have been stressful and made it a great experience. Thank you, Christian, Matt, and Brandon!

  This company is absolutely amazing. Originally made the major mistake of having somthing vally out to fix my pool deck. They lifted it off my pool and broke it in 2 spots. The production manager ignored my calls for weeks, then finally agreed to refund me. Called lowcountry out to see if the could fix the damage. Riley lifted both corners of my pool deck closing the 2 broken spots and lifted the back to make it drop back onto my pool. On time, extremely curious, and very knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about this company. Its amazing how they were able to fix another companies horror show. I wish I had called them Originally.
