We had our crawlspace encapsulated July, 2015. We have had the opportunity to meet numerous employees during these past eleven years when they would come for annual maintenance visits, etc. Low Country Foundation's installation was exceptional, but we had water intrusion into our crawl space since day one. After all these years, with the help of Low Country Foundation, we finally identified the issue and think we will be able to completely stop any water intrusion going forward. There have been technicians who stood out above the others, and we just wanted you to know what a valuable asset you have in Noah Ondike. Today was his third visit with us, and he worked with my spouse to double check our project to eliminate the water intrusion issue. Unbeknownst to us, a pest control company drilled holes in the brick and mortar in 1983 to treat active termites. When we discovered this in the spring of this year, we stopped up the holes and applied a shield using Radon Seal products. When Noah helped us test our efforts today, there was just a hint of moisture coming through above the crawl space. We were so excited because our efforts paid off big time. Just a little more tweaking the problem area should be sufficient. Because Noah had been here previously, he knew our situation, and I think he was really happy for us. He did a fabulous job today checking every part of our encapsulation from the equipment to the wall liner, etc. We had to replace the 3hp sump pump today. It was a messy job, but Noah took the time to explain to us the process. He truly is the most knowledgeable technician that has ever serviced our account. He needs to be recognized for his knowledge and for the patience he has in dealing with clients like us who ask so many questions. I have enclosed several photos from today: 1) we placed a brick in the front flower bed to mark where we need to dig again; 2) door to our crawl space; 3) and the outside drain opening from the sump pump. Noah cleaned the drain opening, and it looks as if it were newly installed. No other technician has ever done that. I usually have to do that when the technician leaves. I don't want to say anything else nice about this young man because he may be promoted and not able to come back next year. (I truly hopes he gets a promotion). However, it does help when the same technician can come every year.

Having Low Country Foundation install a system to keep our basement dry was the best decision we could have made. Our yearly inspection and maintenance was done yesterday. Garrett was very professional and personable. I would recommend them for all of your basement and foundation work.

I would like to give a five-star review to Noah Ondik of Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Company for the outstanding service he provided during our annual maintenance and inspection. From the moment Noah arrived, his professionalism and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and even called ahead to let us know he was on his way, which was greatly appreciated and showed a level of courtesy and respect that you don't always encounter. What impressed me the most was Noah's attention to detail. During the his inspection, he took the time to thoroughly review the crawl space and the benchmark measurements that are an important part of monitoring the condition of the foundation. Noah noticed that the measurements and related work from the previous company inspector had not been performed correctly. Rather than simply overlook the issue, Noah took it upon himself to correct the measurements and establish accurate benchmarks going forward. The extra effort says a lot about Noah's character and his commitment to doing quality work. Lowcountry Foundation Company should be proud to have someone like Noah on their team and I would highly recommend Noah and Lowcountry to anyone and he deserves Five stars without hesitation. Dan

The receptionist is unnecessarily difficult. In the old days you used to be able to call a shop to pick the brains of a tradesman. You didn't have to worry about being gate kept by a receptionist. There used to be respect between tradesmen trying to do work. All I needed was a technical question answered by a Mason. A small project that a regular person is just doing as a hobby. Lady, you are overly and unnecessarily difficult.
