  The company was referred to me by my brother, who said they stand behind their work. They did a great job. Their communication was good. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Their price was reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

  Jonathan and his crew was a pleasure to work with. They made repairs to my roof and did an amazing job. The shingles almost match perfectly. And they did an excellent job on clean up. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and will continue to recommend him to other people.

  We had the best experience with Tailored Exteriors. We called with a roof leak and spoke with the office staff. She was very thorough and was able to get us scheduled for the same day. We met with Jonathan who was very knowledgeable. We received the proposal the same day. Once we approved the proposal he was able to get us scheduled within two days. The supervisor kept us updated on the project and informed us of the change order and made sure we were okay with the price before continuing. When they finished he showed before, during, and after photos.

  If I could give a minus one I would. Leak developed in roof less than 24 months after installation, water accumulated, and ceiling caved in. Looked up where the cave in occurs and you can see daylight through the hole in the roof. I called the owner and he responded properly. Upon his inspection, he immediately begin to say that someone had been in the attic and used a Skil saw on the bottom side Of the roof and sawed up through the shingles, which is virtually impossible. He sealed the leak temporarily with the silicone sealant and said he would let me know if he would fix it. I reminded him of the 10 year craftsmanship warranty that was a part of the contract of approximately $23,000.. He texted me some photos later, showing me what he believed to be. Someone sawing through the roof from the attic. That would have to undoubtedly be a supernatural experience because no one can get in that crawlspace. He simply refuses to fix it.. unless I pay him an additional $500! I apologize to everyone to whom I have referred this company to. His contract is worthless, his word is worthless, and he will take your money and run. Stay far far far away from this company. I am in the process of enacting legal action against him and his company for breach of contract, false advertisement, refusal to repair damage resulting from his poor workmanship, and failure to honor agreements. Then as well, in one of his text to me, he indirectly threatened to expose my grandson and one of my employees. For something that he obviously was involved in as well. After much texting back-and-forth, I finally said we will let a judge determine who is right for I have all the photographs, and the one that tells the biggest truth is the one attached where you can look up and see the sunshine through my $23,000 roof. The man is a crook of the highest order!

  They inspected and replaced screws and seals on my 18yr old metal roof. They also pressure washed it along with replacing a gutter. Jonathan is very customer service oriented and easy to communicate with by texting and email. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing or gutter needs.
