Who willingly stayed late one afternoon to answer all our questions, and guided us through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable of his products. A true asset to his company. On installation day Joe came and explain the installation process in detail. He and his partner did an excellent job. Couldn't have asked for an easier process. Upon completion of the windows extra detail was given to clean up. If you are looking for new windows, siding, etc give Window World the chance to meet your needs. They were our first stop on a list of potential vendors. But with the presentation of our options. We were so impressed with company, the staff and the products we agreed no further shopping was needed. Also may I add that Bobby came the afternoon of installation to see the finished job. To make sure we were pleased with the finished job. How many companies go to that effort to please? Very, very few.
