  Our air went out on The weekend. I called Covington air Saturday morning. They said a technician would call me soon. Derek called said he could be here in 45 minutes. Ride promptly worked hard to figure out what the problem was and got our air condition working quickly.

  two months ago, Technical did Not do a full inspection of my A/C unit, but said the freon was low, he never tried to find out the reason, today I found out through another company that my A/C coil in the attic was leaking the Freon (it was empty)! He never inspected the coils on the air conditioner in the attic, and this was supposed to be a tuneup!

  First time using Covington Air and I'd recommend them over everyone. The service tech went above and beyond. Evan explained everything in great detail. I even signed up for their hvac service to help me stay on top of any issues that may occur. If you need any hvac work give them a call. You won't be disappointed with the whole process from beginning to end.
