  Our newer unit that was installed by a different company started giving us some major issues. We called Covington Air and they sent out Jimmie. He was amazing. He took the time to figure out ALL of the problems and got our unit working better then it has ever worked. We are so thankful for his problem solving and our cool house again!

  two months ago, Technical did Not do a full inspection of my A/C unit, but said the freon was low, he never tried to find out the reason, today I found out through another company that my A/C coil in the attic was leaking the Freon (it was empty)! He never inspected the coils on the air conditioner in the attic, and this was supposed to be a tuneup!
