  I hired them to replace four attic gable vent screens and had an excellent experience. They sent a helpful text letting me know exactly when Austin would arrive, and he showed up right on time. Austin was highly professional, got straight to work, and handled the job quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find reliable help these days, so I really appreciated the great communication and quality work. Highly recommend!

  I would not Trust this Toolbox. Company was a disaster to work with. Took multiple weeks to get our services scheduled, work was done poorly, pricing was outrageously high, and we ended our services with them in the middle of the work. -initial quote was missing items and was inaccurate from the very start -Door installed on closet was left with holes from the prior door hinge that were not filled in -Light fixture hung was loosely hanging off the socket -Painter missed multiple spots and the guy who came to touch it up left dirty hand prints and finger prints all over the walls and white light fixture shades. -Curtain rod hung took multiple holes in the wall to hang, and the unused holes were left unfilled -it took one handyman 6 hours to hang a light fixture in a room amidst multiple 15-20 minute long smoke breaks -first person that worked in our house tracked mud in our living room, upstairs, and up and down the stairs and did not clean it up -holes left in walls to hang towel fixtures and towel rod and said they couldn't come back for two weeks. Why start creating holes in the first place if you can't finish for two weeks? Tread carefully when hiring this company. You'll regret it.

  I am so glad I called them. Tyler was on time and knew exactly how to do the work requested. He noticed an additional repair needed and volunteered to take care of it for me while waiting for a patch to dry. Setting the appointment and getting a quote were easily and professionally done. Totally happy with the experience. Thank you!

  Find someone else. Chris has no clue what he is talking about. He has people who have better understanding The only benefit is these middleman can speak fluent English and articulate better. Which also means they can butter you up and over quote you. It’s all smooth sales talk. The work is still done by good laborers just you don’t need an owner and a site manager 😀 I would clearly avoid them.

  I ordered a shed online and when it was delivered I quickly discovered that putting it together was out of my wheelhouse. I contacted the trusted toolbox after hearing good things about them on a home fix it show on the radio. Amy from the office sent me a link where I could upload a video explaining what I needed done. She responded suggesting that we should put the shed on pavers to keep everything level and working properly, gave me a price and a time for installation. The day of install Dwight showed up right on time at 8 am. By noon he and his helper had the pavers put down and the shed built complete with shelves inside. I couldn't be happier with Dwight and Amy and the Trusted Toolbox.
