  The sales guy was great and the carpet looks nice but: It was very hard to get a morning appointment even though i was told it would be installed in the morning, the lady iI talked to was rude and told me the appointment window is 8am to 6pm, I had to reschedule multiple times to get a morning appointment. The install team were also kind of rude and did not put everything back were it was supposed to go. They even put my child's bedding on the floor next to the cats litter box. They did not go over anything post install. Immediately after they left I vacuumed the carpet and it ripped up at a seam. I called and told them and still have not heard back as to when they would fix it. It's been a week. The sales guy was great, the carpet looks nice but customer service and install makes it not worth it to me. I'll be going with another company to finish the rest of my house.

  Wonderful service and a huge selection of gorgeous carpet and flooring . The price is right and the installers are excellent ! I have gone here for many years . Just had them carpet the bedrooms in my new home and ( as usual ) , a great job !

  Fernando is a perfectionist that takes pride in his work. He was clean, organized and punctual. He and his assistant respected my home and communicated with my wife and me very well. I will be returning to Carpet Surplus soon for my next flooring project and request Fernando. I have had only compliments about the floors, it was totally worth every penny.

  It was time to replace the flooring in our 4 bedroom home. I had visited about 5 different flooring showrooms, as well as have Empire come to my house and give me a quote. Then I go to Carpet Surplus and Hardwood Liquidators, and am greeted warmly by a guy named Carlos. He knowledgeably directed me to the products I was interested in, a gave me a detailed quote. I went back and forth a few times with changes to the order, which Carlos did with ease. The quote he gave me, which included hardwoods, carpet, and tile, beat all the other companies. Installation was scheduled, and the job was finished quickly considering the amount of work that had to be done. The place now looks GREAT, and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to Carpet Suplus and CARLOS!
