- JLJesse Lovern5 days ago1.0The sales guy was great and the carpet looks nice but: It was very hard to get a morning appointment even though i was told it would be installed in the morning, the lady iI talked to was rude and told me the appointment window is 8am to 6pm, I had to reschedule multiple times to get a morning appointment. The install team were also kind of rude and did not put everything back were it was supposed to go. They even put my child's bedding on the floor next to the cats litter box. They did not go over anything post install. Immediately after they left I vacuumed the carpet and it ripped up at a seam. I called and told them and still have not heard back as to when they would fix it. It's been a week. The sales guy was great, the carpet looks nice but customer service and install makes it not worth it to me. I'll be going with another company to finish the rest of my house.
