- CCCherylAug 24, 20265.0CIC Flooring did an outstanding job on my home. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. He addressed the one small concern I raised immediately and with exceptional skill. The team moved my furniture and appliances carefully, and everything was returned without damage. Only minimal baseboard scuffing occurred, which I can easily touch up later. The owners were also wonderful to work with. They supported me when my project budget was affected by an unexpected hospitalization and checked in throughout the installation to make sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the final result. My new floors are beautiful, and I highly recommend CIC Flooring for their workmanship and customer care.
- JJJohnApr 27, 20265.0Love, love, love the new vinyl floors from CIC! They were helpful in choosing the material, removed old carpet from the stairs and living room and installed floors in living room, kitchen and half baths. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Cesar and Clara!
- TDTerry DavisApr 21, 20265.0Cesar and Clara helped us with Earth Weave wool carpet in our home. They were super to work with. Clara coordinated the purchase of natural fiber pad and the dye & chemical-free wool carpet. Cesar and his team did the installation and the finished product was outstanding; we love it. Wool carpet is a bit tricky to install but Cesar has been at it a long time and it shows. Highly recommend CIC and Earth Weave carpet if you are sensative to dyes and chemicals used in conventional carpet.
- ASAngie SJun 23, 20175.0I can't recommend CIC Floors highly enough! We first met Cesar, the owner, when we had a flood and the insurance company recommended we use them. We have two dogs and I was very concerned about what type of floors to get and what would hold up with two English Bulldogs. CIC didn't carry the product (Coretec LVP) that I wanted, but he contacted the company and ordered it for us. In the flooring industry, many times, you have to buy the whole display to have access and be able to sell the product. well, that's just what they did. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our floors, the quality of the installation, or the customer service we received. We've just had them complete a second project for us!
