- CRCiCi Redd3 days ago1.0I would give this company a zero star if I could. This company was hired by my management to access a widespread mold situation where mold has spread to every room in my house and is growing on cabinets, in the oven, on the floors and on all of my belongings just to name a few things. This company reported that there is no issue which it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that there is a serious problem. I’ve hired an independent inspector. They will find what the real issue is because there is one. When working for a direct person who is needing this company for their own home maybe this company is great. When this company comes on behalf of an apartment complex, there is no integrity. You should be ashamed. That is all.
- QSQ. Lynett SmithJun 16, 20265.0I don’t know where to start! I had a storage unit at a facility and it was infested with rats! Rat urine and feces everywhere and all over my stuff. There were even decomposing rats in the storage unit! Not only did blusky come and give me a quote speedy, it was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done! The tech came out and got rid of all of the items I could not save and decontaminated everything that could be saved! I don’t know what I would do without them! They were punctual, professional, honest, and everything else in that category! Hopefully I won’t need them again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate to call!

BluSky answered immediately, sent an on-call technician, and had equipment drying everything out within only a couple hours on a Sunday evening. Nigel Canterbury was the technician and he was great. Very friendly with us and my family. Then we rolled right into repairs and the crew with Patrick Poole as the PM knocked it right out. They nailed the insurance process and made sure my claim payment was accurate and all damages accounted for. Would make them my first call should this ever happen again. Thanks BluSky!
