  After another company failed to fix a gas leak on a gas cooktop they installed (after coming out 3 separate times to fix it and failing to do so), we called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Cam was at our house within 2 hours of calling, found the problem in 5 minutes, and was able to fix it right away. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

  Clayton was great. On time,knowledgeable and explained everything in detail before starting work. Nice guy very professional and friendly. I will definitely request clayton personally for any future plumbing issues in the future.

  Update Cam came out and installed the Stream Labs the water leak detection system. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Set it up for me and explained how to use it. Will definitely use them again.

  Clayton came out to provide an estimate for jetting our sewer lines. In all, I had 4 estimates. He showed up on time and polite. He was able to run the line to determine the approximate location of the clog. Ultimately, I chose to go with a different plumber but just due to a difference in price.

  We had an issue with our water pressure, found this company on Angie’s List and had a great experience from the start—the general manager, Don called me back right away, he was professional, and genuinely helpful and set us up with a quick, no-charge diagnostic appointment. The technician, Cam arrived promptly at the set time, he was knowledgeable, professional and completely honest with no upselling whatsoever. Truly great, trustworthy service, which is hard to come by these days! Highly recommend and we will definitely call for our future needs.
