  I'm 67. As you get older certain things become more important, things like: 1) EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.Hassan made the whole experience pain free. He had all the answers, was extremely patient and didn't try to upsell me.I asked a question a got a straight answer...I like that. 2) NO SURPRISES. Hassan explained when it was going to happen, how it was going to happen and why it was going to happen....and that's exactly what happened...no surprises, a very big deal. 3) PRICING. I shopped 6 stores. Hassan got me, by far the best price. 4) QUALITY OF WORK. Carlos's crew showed up on time, was totally professional and did AN INCREDIBLE JOB.Attention to detail was fantastic. Simply put, the job could not have been done any better. 5) FINAL RESULT. I'm one very happy camper. The flooring opens up the whole house AND NO MORE SHAMPOOING THE CARPETS!!!!! I have 2 dogs and cleaning the floor is a piece of cake, The vinyl flooring is waterproof, doesn't scratch, looks great and is basically maintainence free Take it from me, DON"T GO ANYWHERE ELSE, you'll be glad you did, Leo Miele March 3, 2021
