When RJ came to do our service today, I remembered why I like this company. He was on time and professional. He educated me about my system and told me what he was doing and why. He did not mind me following him around and asking questions (he answered Every question). Also, Gary is always a pleasure to talk to when getting scheduled. After he scheduled our service for Monday he had a cancellation and called and offered to come the same day (Friday). We think it is fixed! However, we have a plan in the event it is not. If it isn’t fixed it will have been caused by the previous technician with a different company. Happy with their service. Thank you.
