Unit under warranty but getting charged for 2 service calls and, what is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, a part lookup fee. I have called twice and sent 3 emails and no one cares enough to reach out so I am not important enough to offer good customer service. Service quality has gone down iver last 8-10 years and even more so in last 2 years.
