Really unhappy and disappointed in All Weather Heating and Air Conditioning. Within the last year, they did service on our AC and broke the capacitor in the process. They only told us after the job was finished that this had occurred; we were not consulted beforehand about how we’d like to have addressed replacement (determining quality/brand of part, etc.). After asking for a warranty/product guarantee on this replacement, we were promised that because it was broken and replaced by them that it would be documented for a 1-year guarantee/warranty (it took a number of calls back and forth to get this settled and documentation sent). It turned out, indeed, that today’s problem was that the capacitor they installed needed to be replaced. When we called All Weather about the guarantee, the representative said the part was under warranty but wanted significant labor costs to install it. We were clearly given a faulty part that we didn’t need until they broke our previous one, and it’s gone out in mere months. I cannot understand how we are responsible for paying anything for a problem they created within the 1-year period. This comes after we paid for their preferred customer subscription for a year and also did thousands of dollars of ductwork business with them over the summer. Their owner Arthur seems like a good guy but is hard to get ahold of; his representative was, to say the least, not a good ambassador for their brand and unwilling to take ownership of a problem we have no reason to believe we would have had with our previous capacitor. The rep implied they did us a service by replacing the capacitor they broke previously for free and being honest about breaking it. We are merely seeking recuperation of costs of the parts and labor, as we’ve now had a company we trust and that could come quickly replace (it’s 100 degrees with a baby, older pet and person with heat-sensitive health condition in the home). Hoping All Weather steps up and does the right thing.

Issue should have been identified during service visit I pay for. Still took 2 visits to find mfg defect. Unit under warranty but getting charged for 2 service calls and, what is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, a part lookup fee. I have called twice and sent 3 emails and no one cares enough to reach out so I am not important enough to offer good customer service.  Service quality has gone down iver last 8-10 years and even more so in last 2 years.

Outstanding company! Arthur was quick to show up, went right to the problem and had us back up and running in no time. Very responsive and did not break the bank. Will be using this company again for any issues.
