  I had a great experience with Drip Doctor. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. He installed a new PRV and repaired my leaking outdoor faucet. Everything is working perfectly, and I appreciate the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Drip Doctor and Jacob for any plumbing needs.

  10 out of 5. Best experience I’ve had with any service provider in a very long time. Ryan is highly knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. What appeared to be a major water issue at my home, he discovered was actually an issue that was the city’s responsibility, and he personally got on the phone with them to resolve it. He then proceeded to pick up an unrelated gas line job at my house same day. Master class.

  I was anxious about several plumbing related issues I have been experiencing in my residence, Jeremy was straightforward, friendly and fixed the leaking toilet tank quickly. It was a positive experience so I booked another repair to avoid potential problems in the future with a non functioning shut off valve. Jacob was assigned this job and he spent hours installing and checking the new system. I am appreciative.

  Ryan Pressnall was excellent, I had many questions that he answered with clarity. On top of that he showed me what I could do to keep it up on my own. Their services are highly recommended!
