  Jaedon was an absolute delight. He expertly repaired the pinhole leak and meticulously checked every aspect to ensure there were no underlying issues. Throughout the entire process, he patiently explained everything and answered all our questions. It was one of the most satisfying plumbing experiences I’ve ever had. What truly set this apart was the incredibly reasonable cost. Thank you, Drip Doctor! They’ve officially made their way into my speed dial.

  Mr. Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, humble and friendly. He diagnosed the water dripping problem from our washing machine correctly, gave me advice on next steps. He even checked our water heater and educated us how to maintain it. Moreover, upon our request, he found out a water valve for lawn watering, which we were struggling to find. I will certainly hire him for any future plumbing needs.

  We reached out to the Drip Doctor and a couple other companies based on reviews online. This company called me back in 30 minutes and the work is done 48 hours later (non-emergency repair). The other two companies haven’t had time to call me back yet! I am so impressed with these guys. The communication is just outstanding, and pricing is exceptionally fair. Special thank you to Jaedon - our tech - who was OUTSTANDING. What a great person. Professional and genuine. I will only call this company if I need plumbing help in the future. And Jaedon will be my “go to guy” without question. This is how you run a business!

  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with The Drop Doctor. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of just trying to get the job done and leave. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. The work was done right, everything was handled in a timely manner, and the whole experience felt honest and stress-free. Good plumbing companies are hard to find, so when you come across one that you can actually trust, you have to give them their credit. If you need plumbing work done, I’d definitely recommend The Drop Doctor. You won’t feel like just another customer — they actually treat you like a person. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
