  After calling other local companies, Swift Brothers responded same day. They bought out the company who originally installed our system and Pasquale was the installer last time. He was courteous and explained what was going on with the AC unit this time. Was an easy fix, more of a regular maintenance issue. Which now we know what to do. Hopefully it will continue to work effectively and won't have any new issues. But if we do, we know who to call!

  Easy to work with. Did not try to upsell, honest, showed me where the previous company I worked with cut corners that would significantly effect my system or cause a fire.

  Aaron assessed our water heater and found that it wasn't our valve like we initially thought, it was our tank that had cracked. He found us the correct replacement & had it ordered for us in under an hour.

  AC outdoor unit stops the day before a holiday weekend and the PANIC sets in. Until James comes up, cool as a cucumber, knew exactly what to do! He was in and out! Very knowledgeable and courteous! I’m so appreciative that I was able to get an appointment so quick!!! The animals and I are much happier and cooler, Thanks to James @ Swift Brothers!!!!

  Dylan was very knowledgeable and was able to immediately identify the issue and resolve it quickly including finding the cause of the blockage and then quickly patching things up post fix. He also shared recommendations for how to deal with the post fix restoration
