I could not have asked for a better company and technician Josh to complete the services. Not only was he professional, he took his time and didn’t cut corners with each repair or install. He took the time to explain how an HVAC system works, even drawing diagrams. He installed the electrical panel after other staff installed the HVAC system. Brayden is very conscious of customer service. Asking several times how, not only he was doing, but how the other staff did. It was great working with Brayden and the Snappy team.
