  I had a major clog in my kitchen sink and Rooter Pro Plumbing was out to me and had the clog removed in 3 hours from the initial contact which included diagnostic / inspection. Keevon did that! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

  I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was very impressed with the service I received. Jerimey was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be repaired. He had a great personality, charged a very reasonable price, and completed the job in about half the estimated time. The leak is fixed, and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable plumbing service!

  John did an excellent job replacing my toilet. He was honest about the challenges that I would face just by replacing parts on the old toilet that had broken. The information he provided convinced me that the best mode moving forward was to buy a new toilet and have it fully replaced. The replacement was actually cheaper than the repair! John had the repair complete within an hour of bringing the toilet. He was very personable and funny and did an amazing job on the install. Highly recommended!

  Job well done by Brandon. He was completely focused on the repair and getting water back in my hone. The project was replacement of the water manifold and water pressure valve that connecting to the county water system. I found out that Brandon could not immediately get the part so he custom built the manifold to get my water back on. Talk about dedication to helping a customer. I found this out after the job was complete which speaks to his modesty. The work was very good and though initially I evaluated the price as higher than average, after receiving a customer service delivery follow-up call from Rooter Pro Plumbing they made sure I was happy with the totality of the job. Thank you for you follow-up and follow through - it matters!
