  Scammers. They upcharge every customer they think might not be privy to pricing information. My grandmother and I (both females) were told a pipe repair would cost over $500, but when my father came home, suddenly they were able to do the same job for $150. Sexism, scamming and scandal!

  I had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. I called because I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom dripping into the kitchen below. They told me it would be $250 to cut a hole in the sheetrock and figure out where the leak was coming from. I agreed to that. After looking at it, the plumber said the leak was coming from the toilet, but he wasn’t sure if it was the wax ring or the flange. He then told me it would be around $700 if it was the wax ring and $1,200 if the flange needed to be replaced. I told them I wasn’t interested because the price seemed extremely high. After that, they became very pushy and rude. They kept making comments to me and my family and made the whole situation uncomfortable. I felt like they were trying to pressure me into agreeing to the repair instead of simply respecting my decision. The next day I went to Home Depot, bought a wax ring for about $5 and a flange for about $10, and fixed it myself in around 30 minutes. Obviously I understand a plumbing company has labor, overhead, and other costs, and I never expected to pay just the price of the parts. But quoting $700 to $1,200 for this repair seemed ridiculous, especially after already charging $250 just to diagnose the problem. The high prices were one thing, but the rude and disrespectful way they acted after I declined the work is what really bothered me. I would definitely recommend getting another estimate before agreeing to any work from this company. I will not be using them again.

  I had some shower stems that needed to be replaced, and I’m really glad I got connected with Rooter Pro. From the beginning, the experience was easy and straightforward. Guy showed up on time, took a look at the issue, and explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate things or sell me on anything I didn’t need. The stem replacement itself was handled quickly and professionally. Guy was careful while working, made sure everything was installed properly, and tested the shower afterward to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was working the way it should. I also really appreciated how clean he left everything. There was no mess left behind for me to deal with, which is something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other plumbers in the past. Overall, just a really good experience. It’s nice to find someone who actually takes pride in their work. I would definitely use them again and would have no problem recommending them to friends, family, or anyone else who needs a reliable plumber.

  got a estimate and whole home water filtration system install the same day which is a pretty big deal since most plumbers that came by do the estimate then set an appointment and cancel, or get sick, or take vacation or move to another state etc. Jordan came the same day I called, beat a price I was quoted and installed SAME DAY .... that is service on demand.

  Thankful to have found Rooter Pro Plumbing. Jerimey is very knowledgeable about plumbing and septic. This is important, because other companies we called out to get quotes only knew about one or the other and would have to schedule to send a second representative to investigate further. We were extremely thankful for how sensitive he was to making sure we felt comfortable with the plumbing solutions he suggested and fully understood what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable. We have put his card in our kitchen cabinet and will call if we ever need them again. Couldn’t say enough great things and will always refer others to them!
