  Excellent results. My Ring doorbell camera was installed quickly, efficiently, expeditiously and in a cost effective manner. We're already enjoying watching our nocturnal visits from the Animal Kingdom that we suspected were happening but had no confirmation until. Will definitely use Mr. Sparky for the next electrical project.

  Late on a Thursday afternoon, a tree branch knocked out our power line, and I needed an electrician to reattach the line to the house so Ga Power would hook us back up to the grid. I called Mr Sparky, and they told me they would be at my house between 6 and 10 PM. At 8:30, a dispatcher called to confirm the appointment and to let us know that they were "on the way." They never showed. By 10:30, I called the main Mr. Sparky number three times, and they (or their system) hung up on me each time. Now I'm sitting in a sweltering house at midnight, and I'm supposed to go out of town on vacation in the morning. Mr Sparky sucks.

  Both servicemen lead by Mr.Joseph L and his support man Mr. Joseph F. provided excellent same day service as requested. Both of these Mr. Sparky servicemen were knowledgeable and professional as required to carry out the four urgent jobs that needed to be completed. Our agency has several other jobs that need work and I will without a doubt request Joseph L and Joseph F to return and service all of our needs. I will also recommend these two fine gentlemen and Mr.Sparky to affiliate businesses, family members and friends.   I don't put up a lot of reviews. And when it comes to services in my home, especially ones around electricity, audiovisual things that are in or close to the domain I work in I'm super picky and I'm a pretty tough customer. I also usually try to find services like this that are done by a sole proprietor. Hard to find. I gave Mr. Sparky a shot at doing some work around adding and moving my electric car chargers a few months ago. The work actually ended up being pretty non-standard from what I was asking for the technician who came had a real discussion with me about pros and cons. I got a fair price. I got a sophisticated solution to my problem that I ended up being really satisfied with, the work quality was really top-notch. So I needed some electric work done today and one of my more sensitive areas of my Home studio and again the ask was relatively non-standard and required a conversation with a technician who needed to know what they were talking about in order for me to really make a decision again. I had a great experience. The work got done today. The price was fair. The quality is top-notch. I felt compelled to leave this review. I've now had two experiences with the technicians sent to my Home that were communicative, smart, and detail oriented. Did the job quickly left my place spotless - the communication when booking online is impeccable the text message with the picture of the person that's coming to my house and their little bio is above average. For not being a sole proprietor, they're two for two and I'll try them again and I recommend them to anyone. Henry was my rich today and was awesome.

  What can I say! They were absolutely excellent! from identifying the issue to repair and replacement of my inside panel and outside meter box. Cristian Santillana was very knowledgeable and had great compassion on me with all the damages caused by the previous owner. He helped me with pricing that was affordable all while understanding my financial situation. He worked quick to set up fast appointments to get the problem fixed fast. I work from home and power was going out all over the place. James Nalls the electrician that came out to install my electrical inside panel allowed me to use his generator so I wouldn’t miss work. I am so grateful for him. He also was very fast I was not without power for a long time. He was very communicative with me updating me as he work. Andrew Brooks the electrician that came out to set up my outside electrical meter box and fire detector.. basically he was third leg in this long distance race but he was the most important part. The meat and potatoes! He was extremely knowledgeable of the whole situation and he was on it!! I mean! Wow! Got in early and knocked out everything that was need before my power had to be cut from the power company. He moved quick got everything ready. The amount of work done is such little time was mouth dropping. He was also communicative updating every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them. Being someone who works from home and have your power go out. This was a nightmare! I was able to get everything done in a week time and that was because of the all the things the previous owner did that we found out later which made this longer then it should have been also due to power company slow on appointments time. But all in all. I was out of power in the whole time for 4 hours and that was due to the power company not Misty Sparky.
