  There was a thunderstorm that happened and a strong bolt of lightning stuck right outside our back door, it caused our flood lights to explode shattering the glass, outlets to stop working, the Modem and Ethernet fried, even our Gas meter had a serge and the line at the meter busted, leaking gas! We contacted an electrical company who came out, the technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, he had no solution but he has also unwired and rewired a switch that holds three dimmers. That was Fri then on Saturday when I went to turn the lights on downstairs the switches sparked and blew out! Because of this, I chose to contact another company: Mister Sparky. Their electrician Mike came this morning, quickly identified and fixed the issue, he made a comment "when the previous, electrician had combined all the ground wires, It will cause the switch to burnout, it's a typical rookie mistake" and so he rewired the switch correctly! Cam lights worked!!! Then he turned his attention to the wall outlets... he located and snipped off the culprit; a burnt wire at the breaker box, showing the damage from the electrical surge. (Attached are two pics the rewiring of the switch, the 2nd attachment is the burnt wire) Thank you Mister Sparky for having someone who is a true dedicated, electrician! Thank you Mike for getting our outlets and triple switch working! The BIG gold star is for you Mike. Thank you!!!! 👍😁

  Edward Thoman was fantastic! We had an emergency issue, and were concerned to use any power in our home. He showed up right away, diagnosed our issue within 10 minutes, but regardless did a thorough walkthrough of our entire house checking every outlet and appliance just to double check everything was ok. He walked us through talking with the power company and helped get someone from their end out here as fast as possible and taught us the steps to go through once the power company was done. We appreciated his expertise and advice so much. He really made us feel more comfortable with a really intense and scary situation. Would call him again anytime!

  I hired mister sparky to come to my home to inspect an issue with my meter. He came to my home, took a picture of the meter, didn't actually inspect the meter. Just told my wife "yeah they have been catching issues with those new meters" wiggled a couple outlets then said that we needed an entire service upgrade. He wanted to charge $17,000 for an upgrade and if we didn't get this upgrade, that our house would be condemned. But at the same time on the "Safety report" notated that all was well! Nothing needed to be addressed. So I don't have confidence that the tech was interested in trying to fix the issue we asked him to address, he was only interested in making money off us and scaring my pregnant wife. I don't appreciate the lack of effort.

  Chris Randall did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He explained what he was doing clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made the process feel rushed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s hard to find people who combine technical expertise with great customer service, but Chris absolutely does. I would not hesitate to request him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. Mister Sparky is lucky to have him on their team. Five stars all around!

  Wow. What a group of great people. We had bad wiring and getting help from ga power was horrendous. Mr sparky and everyone on the team was very helpful in not only fixing the problem but going above and beyond. Our power was out for a few days. Rodney can through on time and his expertise and compassion were like non I've encountered anywhere else. Not only did we get it resolved but the team relentlessly called the power company in our behalf to expedite inspections and other major obstacles they set as far as returning to turn power back on. Even after hours they texted to check and keep me updated. I am absolutely shouting to the heavens for their help. My wife has cancer and we recently gained custody of our two grandchildren. This electrical issue was imperative to have done in a timely manner. You guys are the greatest. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Great work guys. Felt like family.
