    All I can is the technicians are very professional and super friendly. If it wasn’t for them I would be giving them a 1 star review. They need to be praised and deserve high pay per hour, not per job. Their slogan is the “ON TIME ELECTRICIAN,” but they’re far from that. My first appointment had to get rescheduled because they were not here on time and when the dispatcher spoke to me she was super rude. I asked for an expected timeframe she said, “Whatever time it takes from Gainseville to your home.” So, I rather reschedule than be late for another appointment. Second time, Robert was on time and super friendly. He spoke to us clearly about what was all needed for our job. We were sold. We were very impressed that they accepted to come out next day. Today, May 19th, we are told the expected timeframe is 8am-1pm. Not a problem. Around 9:30am we decide to call and verify if we would get a text with the link on an eta for our tech. They advised yes it would come through text and our tech would leave shortly, and arrive before 10:30am. No one shows at 10:30 and no call/text. We call back around 10:50 and they advised us they were all in a meeting and are departing now. They’re going to gather and equipment and be on their way, and they should be here before 1pm. We wait because we have to be home for them to begin work. So, we put all our errands on hold until 2:45pm. We have had enough of the MALARKY, their slogan says they don’t give, and call the dispatchers again. They didn’t not care we waited so long and only offered to reschedule. We opted to cancel and go with someone else. Only for tech to show up at 3:40pm. He explained how their company doesn’t get any of the materials for their jobs next day and he spent most of the day getting that done. I felt so bad cancelling, but communication would have fixed that. I was unaware they don’t have their own machines for trenching and that’s what put our job on delay so much, because they attempted to find a machine all over Gwinnett. I am very disappointed in the corporate office for only concerning themselves on the $ amount versus customer service. They should really plan ahead for jobs and get material ready. Or if you cannot do the job next day then don’t schedule it and waste pretty much everyone’s time.

    I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this is a must in this case. On Thursday, I had my house pressure washed and some water got into the outlet on the front porch and knocked out the power on that line. My garage is on this line so I had no power in my garage. I called around to a couple of licensed companies to get an electrician out on Friday to repair the outlet. I scheduled an appointment with Mister Sparky Electric, who sent an electrician out to my house for what they said would be a $49 fee plus repairs. When the Mister Sparky electrician arrived, I showed him the outlet on the front porch explaining what happened and then I showed him the electrical panel in the garage. This guy started telling me that I needed to replace two breakers, which would cost $250 each. I told him that I just needed the outlet on the front porch fixed and changed to a gfci outlet so if this happened again, I could just push the reset button on the outlet and reset the power. The Mister Sparky electrician then told me I would have to pay $450 just for him to troubleshoot the problem with the front porch outlet. I told the Mister Sparky electrician to leave and that I was going to give them a terrible review since I felt they were trying to rip me off. The Mister Sparky electrician said he would waive the $49 and I told I agreed since they had not been upfront with me when I asked on the call about them charging a large fee just to look at my outlet.After this awful experience with Mister Sparky, I prayed about my outlet problem and asked God to let me find an honest electrician to help me. First Class Electric is an answer to my prayer. I called First Class Electric this morning at 7:30 am and the electrician answered the phone. I explained my problem to him and he told me that I didn't need an electrician because I already had a gfci outlet on that line so I could not have another one added on that same line. He told me where I could find the gfci outlet in my garage. He told me to look under the electrical panel in the garage for the outlet and push the reset button. I got off the call and went to that exact spot in my garage and pushed the reset button on the gfci outlet. My power on that electrical line came back on and everything was working like normal. First Class Electric gave me this free advice, which saved me from being ripped off for hundreds of dollars.

    im a young investor and company estimates is outrageous and highly inflated. they price my small ranch home as the same size of a large mansion. the price was very disturbing to my family under a time of pressure. asking twenty thousand for five thousand job is ridiculous. im a young investor and because im wise not because of age

    Main breaker would not shut off to replace a bad breaker. Age and safety made replacing the whole box the best move. Steve removed and replaced the power panel in a quick and organized fashion. I watched the wiring take place. Could only describe it as a work of art that would distribute electricity efficiently. Mr. Sparky crew earned my confidence. No pressure or hype just simple explanation a child could understand, Demonstrated skill and confidence. I put up with the problem for weeks ; afraid of working with an electrician I could not trust. Adam at Mr. Sparky is real and puts himself in your shoes. Should I ever have to rent my place I can count on Mr Sparky to keep electrical in order.
