  ⭐ 1 Star I ordered flooring online and, later that same day, found out it wouldn't arrive until after the date I needed it. I immediately called to cancel the order before it shipped. The representative convinced me not to cancel, explaining that the flooring was coming from another store and that the shipping date was only an estimate. They told me it could arrive sooner, so I agreed to wait. The following Monday, I called back for an update and was told it still wouldn't arrive before the date I needed it. At that point, I canceled the order. That's when I found out I was being charged a $443.19 restocking fee. At no point during my first call was I told that waiting to cancel could result in a restocking fee. If I had been given that information, I would have insisted on canceling immediately. I tried to explain that I had originally requested to cancel before the order shipped but was advised by their employee to wait. Despite that, I was still charged the fee. This was a very disappointing experience. I feel like I was penalized for following the advice of their customer service representative. Because of this, I will not be doing business with Lumber Liquidators again.

  We purchase flooring for our home from Lumber Liquidators about 12 years ago and we loved it. We're renovating and wanted new flooring so we went back to Lumber Liquidators. Their Kennesaw location recently relocated to Marietta (just a few miles south on 41). The gentleman who was there the day we visited was so nice and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us narrow down what we wanted. We didn't purchase flooring on this trip but probably will in the future. We were glad to see that the customer service has stayed wonderful after 12 years.

  Best customer service. I was very impressed by the staff. Every one knowledgeable and friendly. Specifically Jake store manager. He took time to explain everything and give me great information. And create price. If you need hard wood and need help to find the right one this is the place to go. Thank you.

  After purchasing $5000.00 worth of flooring I would have thought my experience could have ended better. Our home project was a little out of the ordinary. We chose a product that was in short supply here in Georgia. The store was very good at locating more product as the project evolved. We ended up getting product shipped from Kentucky and Florida to complete the job. At the end...two boxes that came out of Florida were damaged. I called the store regarding a return and the told me that they would refund me for the damaged flooring. When I did manage to borrow a truck and take it there...they were more interested in finding a reason NOT to accept the return than to help me. Needless to say, I was quite peeved. I did let them know how I felt and left. After calling the customer support at corporate, I found them more than understanding. They proceeded to issue the refund of the $106.00.
