  We had a wonderful experience with Guardian! we called them after our AC went out and they got us on the schedule the next day. Jamie came out first thing Saturday morning to diagnose the issue. He was an amazing technician — professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can truly tell they actually care. He quickly found the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, and walked me through how they were going to fix it. They had to order a part, and as soon as it came in, they came right back out and fixed it. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and professionally from start to finish. I really appreciated the communication and the fast service. We also used Guardian about a year ago for a water heater issue. Our experience with Angel was the same amazing experience we had with Jamie. They will always be the first and only place we call for any future issues. You got a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  We have used Guardian Home Experts for all maintenance and repairs on our HVAC systems for years. Today we had an amazing experience yet again, all thanks to our technician, Carrington! He was incredibly professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and resolved the issue efficiently. His customer service skills are top-notch, and he treated our home with great respect. Request Carrington if you use this company—he is absolutely fantastic!

  I used Guardian in my former residence and they were terrific. I called them again for my HVAC and they exposed the installation flaw from the builder in 20 minutes. They are handling my repair and we did not hesitate to get the maintenance plan for my HVAC and Water Heater.

  Guardian Home Experts are knowledgeable and professional. I recently switched HVAC companies because my old HVAC service provider changed their business practices which left me feeling like just a customer number in their system. Not so with Guardian Home Experts. Guardian Home Experts has not been bought out by a private equity group (google this if you don't know what I'm talking about). Trust me... you don't want to work with a company that is owned by a private equity group. As of April 2026, Guardian Home Experts is locally owned and provides personalized and professional service. As to the brand of my new HVAC system... I used to be a Trane loyalist but I replaced my upstairs old Trane system that failed after only 12 years with a new Daikin HVAC system. Trane has gone downhill (google this too if you doubt me). While Guardian Home Experts are new to me, I took my time and interviewed 3 highly rated locally owned HVAC companies before I switched. Guardian Home Experts shined by their knowledge and attention. They replaced both my A/C and Furnace (for upstairs) in April 2026. Their whole crew was professional and it was obvious that they all knew their jobs. I am very happy that I found Guardian Home Experts.
