- AMA MJul 8, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability at this shop. I brought my car in to get the windows tinted, but they used the completely wrong tint percentage/type than what we had agreed upon. When I noticed the mistake and brought it to their attention, they completely refused to help or rectify the situation. Instead of acknowledging the error and offering a solution to fix it, they were dismissive and refused to take any responsibility after they already had my money. Getting your car windows tinted is an investment, and you should be able to trust that a professional shop will deliver what you paid for—or at least make it right if a mistake happens. Their customer service after the fact is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually stands behind their work.
