  While we were happy to have someone available to come to the house before the holiday weekend and get our AC working again, the job the technician performed seemed very unprofessional. First, the scheduled time slot was 8A - 12P and he showed up after 4:00PM and then he had to call someone to get input on what to do. I spent a lot of the time in the crawl space trying to help him find a solution. He didn’t finish until 6:00, making us late to a concert we’d planned on. Below is a picture of the connection - through the floor of our closet and not in the wall, because frankly the technician didn’t seem experienced in that area and it was so late in the day I just accepted any solution to getting the system running again. I’d really like someone from Cool Air to come back out to improve the connection between our thermostat and system. Thank you.

  The entire team from José, Joe, Winston, and ?(forgot his name but blonde, taller, and southern). They were incredible and very informative. We had a quote, they worked with us on pricing, then installed in our weird janky closet/basement and made everything work perfectly. They were clean and fast and so easy to work with. 10/10

  Eric was great. He showed up on time and was a true professional. There's been an issue with my water drainage for the past 2 years and no other technician has been able to solve it, But Eric did, and he was only scheduled to be on site to perform an annual inspection of my systems and change out filters. He went above and beyond to make sure my systems were working properly. At the end of his visit he gave me options for ways to improve my systems, but did not try to "sell" me on anything or insist I needed to pay more for something that I didn't need. He built trust and confidence in one visit that is not easy to find. Thank you to Eric!!

  Our Technician, Steven Fleming, was great. He arrived on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem with our AC unit. He identified the cause of the problem (we did not know existed) and gave us preventative action to take going forward. We highly recommend Cool Air.

  Great Experience. True professional of the HVAC industry. Our rep Don is the best. Did a thorough load analisis. Didn’t try to upsell us but also didn’t push cheap disposable unit. Installation went fast and smooth. Had my house cooped in less than 24 hours after closing our deal. Will recommend 100%.
