Mr. Charles Cook called and informed us of his arrival time. He was professional, thorough and knew what he was doing. He advised us about our settings and showed us how much dust was trapped in the filter.

After inspection installation done previously for a gas grill was not up to code. The service agent had the line capped and completed very quickly. Comforting to have this professionally done. We did not want to mess with a gas line!

I completed at home assessment with Jesse Irwin (Home Comfort Advisor). He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I appreciate him remaining patient during visit, as we ask same questions over again for verification and understanding. I believe he's a great asset to cool air
We are so happy with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our home was newly built in 2013 and we were surprised to find out that the system they put in was working harder then it should’ve (3,700 sq ft). We should have had two systems but at the time it met the requirements for a 5 ton unit. After several repairs in our 13 years both the Furnace and A/C said enough is enough and quit on us. This was a difficult decision. We got several quotes but went to Costco and they sent Cool Air out and we couldn’t be more pleased. They gave us three tiers to choose from. We chose the gold package, which was the lesser of the three and in turn this package was still better than the top-tier packages offered by other companies, the two gentlemen were very professional, very organized. The installation wasn’t loud at all. I was able to get work done peacefully and catch up on some missed tv shows. Our new Lennox system is amazingly quiet and the difference is positively significant. Definitely glad we went with Cool Air.
I had two HVAC units installed by this company in 2023 for about $30,000. I was at Costco and they approached me at the exit isle. I completely trust Costco so it was a no brainer to trust this company. Recently, the main floor unit stopped cooling, and I called for service.
The technician told me the control board had failed, likely due to a power surge. While the part was covered, I was quoted over $1,000 in labor since my maintenance plan had expired. I was also frustrated that a surge protector was never discussed during installation.
Communication was poor—I had difficulty getting anyone on the phone or getting clear answers about scheduling.
I ended up calling another HVAC company for a second opinion, and they found the issue was simply improperly done wiring outside. The repair cost was $147.
Overall, between the misdiagnosis, high quoted cost, and lack of communication, this was a very disappointing experience. I would recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with major repairs.
