  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Cabinets To Go Marietta! Our first kitchen remodel turned out to be far easier and more beautiful than we ever imagined, thanks to the outstanding team at Cabinets To Go Marietta. Our sales manager and kitchen designer, Carmine, guided us through every step of the process. He helped us select the perfect cabinet style and layout for our space, presented cost comparisons so we could make informed decisions, and timed our purchases to take advantage of sales, saving us money without sacrificing our dream kitchen. His knowledge, creativity, and patience made what could have been an overwhelming project feel effortless. Our installer, Brian, is a true professional and master craftsman. It was obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work. He treated our home with exceptional care, protecting our new floors with moving blankets and ensuring every cabinet was perfectly level and installed to the highest standards and building codes. Brian truly does it all—demolition, cabinet installation, electrical and plumbing connections, crown molding, finishing details, and more. He was organized, efficient, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. With more than 500 Cabinets To Go installations under his belt, his experience shows in every detail. We followed every recommendation he made, and we're so glad we did because the finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. Cabinets To Go truly was our one-stop shop for cabinets, countertops, crown molding, sink, faucet, and hardware. Having Carmine expertly manage the design and planning while Brian handled the installation made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—we genuinely felt like we were their only customers. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and will absolutely use Cabinets To Go again for future projects. We highly recommend the Marietta team to anyone looking for quality products, expert craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service!

  My issue with Cabinets to Go is their customer service. A few years ago there was a purchase made with Cabinets To Go (CTG) on my behalf by a contractor. When that purchase was made I was unaware that a warranty was signed by the contractor. Over the past year I started having issues with 3 of the cabinet drawers that were installed. I went to the CTG location where the purchase was made to obtain a copy of the Sales Order and contacted customer service regarding the issue. When I spoke to customer service I explained that I had been unable to contact the contractor that did installation. I was told that the warranty needs to be transferred to my name by the contractor in order for the warranty be used. I tried calling and emailing the contractor a few more times. I called CTG customer service on 7/21/26 and explained that I am still unable to reach the contractor. I was told that I would have to pay for parts without the warranty. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. On 7/22/26 I received a call from the supervisor she stated that this is their policy when the purchase was not my by me directly and she couldn't make an exception because the contractor will not respond. I was not happy but, agreed to pay because I need the parts. She created a customer service case number and told me I would get a call. On 7/23/26, I received a call from "Lake", from CTG customer service. I asked if I could place the order for the parts. She said "No, she was unable to find my purchase history and without a prior purchase she could not place a new one." I had already told her that I did not make the original purchase. She said again "that I must have a purchase history with CTG, so I need to purchase something first before placing this order". I said "that makes no sense". "I asking you to place my first order". I had to request to speak with her supervisor because she was telling me that I needed to purchase something I don't need in order to purchase what I need. Anyway this , along with not being able to honor my warranty because a contractor (who's probably gone out of business) will not return my phone calls is really not good customer service. This is unacceptable and CTG should consider revisiting the warranty policy and enhance their customer service training.

  Carmine was great! He answered all of our questions and we walked out with a complete understanding of everything. Highly recommend him for your cabinets.
