- JJJeffApr 2, 20261.0I built a new home in the fall of 2024. The builder uses Builders FirstSource. All wood windows. Nearly every window has visible hand prints in between the two panes of glass.

They installed a window incorrectly so it will not shut and now will not answer any emails or calls about the window, it's been over 7 months. They inspected it and brought a window to another room instead of fixing the window that wasn't installed correctly, which is nonsense. I don't understand how a publicly traded company can possibly work like this.
