- JBJames BranerAug 27, 20265.0I had a great experience with Builders FirstSource. We purchased fiberglass exterior double doors, and the installation turned out great. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—everyone was helpful, professional, and responsive. I’m very happy with the doors and the overall experience. Highly recommend Builders FirstSource!
- JJJohnDec 26, 20251.0Ordered a new back door a few weeks ago. I was out of town the last few days and I come home to find the new back door just dumped up against my retaining wall in my backyard. No protective covering over it, no call to schedule deliver, no notice it was being delivered, no notice it was delivered. The door is not scheduled to be installed for a couple more weeks and is too heavy for me to move so it just sits out there while the company is off enjoying their holiday and doesn't care that they dumped and ran on my door. Poor delivery service and poor customer service.
- JJJwalk386Nov 24, 20251.0Wouldn’t consider delivering here read the reviews and didn’t believe them….. workers think they are bigger then the program have 20 stops did 5 and got held up here for 4 hrs currently on the phone with corporate to complain
- JHJ HolbrookAug 22, 20221.0The worst customer service. No matter what the cost trust me use another supplier. This is by far the worse company I have ever used. They installed a window incorrectly so it will not shut and now will not answer any emails or calls about the window, it's been over 7 months. They inspected it and brought a window to another room instead of fixing the window that wasn't installed correctly, which is nonsense. I don't understand how a publicly traded company can possibly work like this.
