  Nick B. Was our certified field inspector, just completed the annual inspection of our foundation and encapsulation. He collaborated with the manufacturer to complete a same-day replacement of a non-working dehumidifier still under warranty. He also identified some issues in areas of the house that needed remediation for our consideration. We could not anticipate this exemplary level of service, but the thorough service provided by AquaGuard earns our respect, thanks, and highest recommendation.

  Signed a contract and got financing with Andrew Atchison with Aquguard North Atlanta. Questioned him the next day if we were doing enough piers and he had to talk to engineers. They came back with even more peers needed , the price went up quite a bit. I canceled the contract over the phone. He said he would handle canceling the financing. They still kept the deposit and now I’m fighting them. Shady Company

  I hired AquaGuard to perform concrete lifting and soil injection at my property based on its recommendation. During the initial inspection, Adam Wolensky and Blake Whitener spent more than four hours explaining the concrete condition and assuring me that AquaGuard could successfully lift and level it. They used a sounding hammer to demonstrate the issue, and I relied on their representations because I am not experienced in this area. Before I agreed to the work, Adam and Blake told me that after the concrete was lifted, I could seal any remaining cracks myself with Sika flex verbally (not in the contract). I therefore expected the concrete to be lifted and leveled. On September 25, the crew (came late) warned me before starting that the injection might not work for this type of crack, which contradicted what I had been told. I am also concerned that the crew did not complete the six soil injections required by the contract within the 3- to 5-foot area. After completing the six injections for the 6- to 8-foot area, they focused on lifting the large cracked section but were unable to lift or repair it. The crew stated they would not leave until payment was made. I repeatedly contacted Adam for assistance. Each time, he referred me to the contract language stating, “AquaGuard will lift and level as much as the structure allows,” without addressing the failed result, potentially incomplete injections, or unresolved crack. This limitation was not clearly explained during the inspection. I request that AquaGuard verify whether all contracted injections were completed and properly repair the crack at no additional cost. I am submitting this complaint to document my experience and help other consumers make informed decisions.

  We have a cabin situated just 12 feet from a rushing creek. The cabin sagged slightly on the creekside, creating a hump in the middle of our floor. Aquaguard installed 8 intellijacks to bolster our foundation. It improved the floor and also solved some problems with closing doors and having them click without lifting up. A very nice improvement! After the job, we were a little disappointed in how the moisture barrier was left - it had to be cut in order to dig out the foundations for the intellijacks. We let Aquaguard know, and they sent Josh Richards out to assess the situation. Within 2 days he had Johnathan Grote out to install a new moisture barrier. I am over the moon happy with the result. I can’t praise these men enough they are beyond capable and also very polite and considerate. Aquaguard has earned my trust. I will absolutely work with them for future foundational work or encapsulation.

  Terrible experience from day 1. I rarely ever write reviews but felt someone needed to warn the next person. Hired them to raise my foundation so my floors were level. That never happened. They oversold me the product and never actually fixed the back half of the house so all the new floors I put in are cracked and buckling and counters are now coming away from the wall. Several attempts to get someone out to address the issue results in deflection and more attempts to sell me more products that should have been included in the original 22k project scope. Most recently, the technician was actually honest and told me they oversold me and didnt address the issue but since I need to sell the house quickly, he proposed another 8-10k additional in floor jacks! Encourages me to go this route since it’s quicker… a month later lies to me and says they are waiting on permits which is why I am not on the schedule when the county verifies no permits were even filed. What an absolute nightmare. Please save yourself the hassle and go with a company that actually cares about their clients.
