I’m a manager for a mitigation company and our primary plumber was out of town so I called roto rooter because I know Austin E. Who works there and him and another gentlemen named Austin responded within 2 hours and handled two different jobs we have going. They set a toilet, hooked up a vanity and detached a water heater for us. They are professional and knowledgeable and have a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Austin was polite and professional. He was on time for the appointment and very efficient in his work. He did an excellent job installing our new toilet and the price was very reasonable. Left the area neat and clean. I will definitely be using this company again.
