We had another remediation company come out before him and tell us that we essentially needed to tear out the entire house. Something about it just didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to get a second opinion — and I am SO glad we called Forrest. From our very first phone conversation, before he had even come out to the house, I immediately felt reassured. After I explained what was going on, he walked me through multiple possible solutions — basically, “First we’ll try this, if that doesn’t work we’ll do this, and if we need to go further, then we’ll do this.” Instead of immediately jumping to the most drastic solution, he had a logical, step-by-step plan for actually figuring out the problem and addressing it appropriately. His knowledge really stood out, and he was incredibly thorough when he came out. It was such a relief to work with someone who made us feel informed and confident instead of overwhelmed. We cannot recommend Forrest and the RestoPros team enough. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know!
