We had struggled with air conditioning problems for about a month when we final determined the unit needed to be replaced. We contacted Reliable Hetaing & Air and they sent out an outstanding salesman named Rock. He worked with us to get the best one for our money. Within 24 hours an installation crew was sent out with our new Trane system. By noon that day our upstairs temperature was comfortable again. Many thanks to Rock and the installation crew for doing a wonderful job in such a short period of time.

I am exhausted! I have had this new unit for about a year or two. EVERY month since I had it, I have to call someone to come service it. The flow of the unit is great. It will blow your wig back but you cannot control the flow nor the Thermostat. They gave me a 30,000 unit that I have been unsatisfied with. This unit cannot to be controlled by the Thermostat and they tell me this is the only one that works with this particular unit. My old unit works better than this one. Paying ALOT of money for something that doesn't work is ridiculous. I just want to be comfortable in my own home.
Beware their empty promises and lies.
It's 87 degrees in my house today. The A/C went out yesterday. Reliable is under contract to fix or replace my A/C but their idea of emergency service two days at best. Additionally, for years now they have supplied a lower quality, less expensive air filter even though they are under contract to supply what they promised. When you tell the service tech he's got the wrong filter they just laugh and do not get the right one because it's "never on my truck". Once they fix my A/C I will never see them again.

Review your contract carefully before signing with this company. When my water heater broke Ipanicked and chose them based solely on their brand name, which was my mistake. Their contract includes a monthly fee for servicing the equipment yet they never contacted me to schedule maintenance over an eight year period. When I asked about the lack of service they claimed, It was my responsibility to call and schedule . I’m stuck in a contract that I cannot cancel, and paying monthly fees for service I never rendered. I rarely post online with negative feedback but in this difficult economy customers needs to be warned about their business practice.

I pay RH&A a monthly fee for their customer care membership, yet when their HVAC system caused a ceiling leak, I received missed appointments, poor communication, excuses, and attitude.
I reported the leak Monday. They promised to come that night—no show. They rescheduled for Tuesday—another no show. A technician finally arrived Wednesday and found a clogged drain line and an improperly installed float switch.
I warned RH&A that the wet ceiling had left my heavy light fixture barely secured and at risk of falling. I was told someone would contact me. As usual, I had to keep calling.
On Friday, the fixture fell, leaving exposed electrical wires in my home. Instead of showing urgency, they implied I had been unresponsive and acted annoyed because I kept asking for updates.
I am now paying another company to repair damage RH&A agreed to handle because I no longer trust them to protect my home or my family.
RH&A had several opportunities to prevent this. They missed appointments, ignored a clearly stated safety concern, and treated a paying customer like an inconvenience.
