  Placed an order 5 weeks ago along with a $2000.00 deposit. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks for our order to come in. After 5 weeks of them giving us the run around we requested a refund. The owner Rick Stevens, who I spoke with on the phone, offered us our refund. Then called back within the hour and took back the offer. We have given him every opportunity to refund us. He refuses. Heading to small claims court. BEWARE

  Have waited three weeks for them to respond back with a quote for handicap accessible door installation. Left messages asking to be kept in the loop about any of the process (i didn’t know how long the process took and was trying to be patient) and after 4 calls and messages no calls back.
