  I wanted an HVAC service technician from a reputable company so I picked Bucky Holland. I knew they are a good company with quality service technicians as I used to work part time in this industry from 1998 to 2000. I knew what was wrong with my unit and it was close to needing a replacement as these units have changed so much since 2008. The technician (David) called to let me know he was on the way. David got here right on time. I explained what the unit had been doing for the last couple of weeks and he went right to work. I watched him during his troubleshooting process and David did exactly what I would have done. He diagnosed the problem and those parts are either unavailable or would cost more than I wanted to invest in that old unit. They gave me a fair price on the replacement unit which was the newest version of my Ruud/Reem 5 ton natural gas package unit. That was on 14 Aug 2026. On the evening of the 15th it stopped working. I am glad I called them as the new unit was already ordered. I do not have to wait till Monday and go through the process of having a technician visit. Great company I fully recommend Bucky Holland for any of your HVAC needs.

  The repairman never showed up, never got a call saying sorry I can't make it today. Nothing, not EVAN a you know what, your right let me wave the service call fee as a I'm soory. No, they want their money how about my day off from work to meet them? Where's my money. Communication goes a long, long way. My service call would have lead to humidifier and the 2 other units getting air purifiers unit added to them. Their loss...the field of work we are in, we're always asked to refer someone for something. Well they are ones I'll say, I won't recommend. Hope this helps someone from wasting their time.

  This team is great! We had an issue with our initial repair, and they were quick to come back and make sure it was fixed right. Great communication, and most importantly to me, they asked me when they were done if I was happy. I can truthfully say yes. They went above and beyond for us. Also shout out to Shawn and Dom (hopefully right spelling), they were out here for hours on a hot and humid day doing great work.

  So far all is good, they came out the same day and got my wife her air back!! Thanks guys! Update, had them come out earlier last week and Jeremy said it was the capacitor. We had it changed and air was back on. Our son was out of town and upon his return, he noticed his ceiling was completely wet. I went in the attic and saw the pan was over filled and everything was wet up there. Called Bucky back and the next day Andrew came out and took a better look around and found the sensor for the overflow had been bypassed. Glad he took a better look around and found that was also an issue. They didn’t charged me a second service fee, which I was hoping they didn’t being it was no longer than a week apart from them being at my residence. Thanks Andrew

  Fast service and repair. KJ didn't give up on my unit that kept tripping breaker after storm and lightening came through. Got unit up and running. Looked at second unit and showed me where it was leaking. Got a quick response back for repair and for new unit. Unfortunately going to fork out for new unit. But had great service and good attitude. Goes a long way. Now waiting on new unit to come in.
