  I was not entirely happy with the service call. what I ask for was for them to check the Freon level because my system had frozen up a couple of times when it was hot. Usually one or two things will cause that: low air flow or a Freon low. He first went to check up stairs and didn’t check anything and went outside and before he even started he says you’ve got a Freon leak. It will be $500 to fill it up and then watch for leaks. I told him that’s not what I wanted. Just put a couple of pounds in it and see how it does. Not sure what was done. He hooked up a canister of Freon but didn’t weight it so don’t know How much went in.

  UPDATED!!! Joey is an outstanding plumber! I NEEDED a new water heater. There was no pressure at all to purchase or repair the water heater. Joey stated the facts and left the decision to me. He gave me an estimate for a new water heater without adding any additional pressure. Thereby making my decision to purchase a new system easier than ever! Yesterday, while completing my semi-annual AC Maintenance, K.J., identified the leak that I wasn't aware of and kindly contacted the office to assist me with getting an estimate. Then today, Joey came out with his professional and courteous attitude; thoroughly answered all of my questions without hesitiation and kindly installed a new water heater. Thank you JOEY for answsering all of my questions and not minding me being around while you were installing the water heater. Your PATIENCE, KINDNESS, and KNOWLEDGE ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED! That's two for two and their pricing is fair and reasonable! //K.J. IS PHENOMENAL! He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, and UNDERSTANDING. He's patient and thorough when asked questions. I needed my capacitor replaced and he did an excellent job! Thank you KJ!

  Absolutely the best service. We bought a 7 yr home and noticed it wasn't cooling like we thought it should. Was referenced to Bucky. To our shock compressor was burning out. Was told options that we had. We decided it was best to buy a new heat/air unit. They guys that put it in was the best. Made sure everything was working good and helped us put the app on our phones to change settings. Was told any questions or worries to please call. When you have to spend money, you need reliable company. I would recommend this company as they have no pressure what unit to buy, friendly employees and the trust the will back up there units. From the time we found out, to the new install was only 2 days. Quick service.
