Zakiya Watford is a pleasure to be around and she was excellent in explaining the details of the model home and other homes within the community that were available to view. We had several laughs and I found out during our conversation that we attended the same college (FAMU🐍💚🧡).

Zakiya was an instant hit - she was reassuring and understanding while dealing extensively with our unique home acquisition problem. Zakiya made the necessary calls and represented our case and position, then took us to DRB Copperfield subdivision to showcase a few options - she is knowledgeable about the business of home ownership, and she makes the hectic, turbulent process so smooth it became a cake walk!
