As far as I know a lot of the same people are still there under the new name. I would never use these guys again. Their project manager had no respect for me whatsoever. They took advantage of me on a couple change orders. After they were mostly done with a change order or we were at the point of no return, they’d remember they forgot to include a critical piece of the work and send an additional bill. They cut corners (even obvious ones) everywhere and did not appear embarrassed or ashamed of any of the ones I caught. The water in the house was turned off for an extended period of time, but the crew would still use the toilets. After the first one got filled, they would continue to the next one. Then if I stopped by to check on the house over the weekend, that’s when I found it. To be fair, their paperwork for the insurance company was great, and they weren’t pushy on billing. And they spackle and paint really well. But in my experience, that’s it. I would never trust them to do anything structural, roofing, waterproofing, tile, or anything else besides paint ever again.
