Christine and the whole team were very helpful with assisting me in getting information to my insurance company and supporting me through out. Very reliable, trustworthy, and consistent. Extremely thorough with their initial inspection and identifying what services I needed. I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

From the start, communication was poor and timelines were not clearly explained. The crew arrived late and possibly high on pot on occasions, and the work area was left messy at the end of each day. More concerning was the lack of professionalism on site. The team did not seem organized, and I felt like my concerns about moisture levels and proper drying procedures were not taken seriously. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and even then, I didn’t feel confident the job was being handled correctly.
