  I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were extremely thorough with the mold treatment and made sure the job was done right instead of rushing through it. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always knew what was being done and what to expect. A special shoutout to Kevin, the technician who serviced our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was properly handled. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that definitely gave us peace of mind. Overall, fantastic service and a job well done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mold treatment or remediation. 5 stars!

  When I found damage due to a water leak and black mold I contacted RestoPros. I was very happy with their service. They provided the fans and dehumidifier to dry everything out. They pulled out all the damaged walls and floors and did a great job of following up with me during the week they were here.

  I honestly don't understand how this company operates. Kevin came to my home two days ago and was very kind. I asked him to send me a written estimate, but I never received one—only a text message with the total price. Since then, I have called the company several times and tried contacting both Brian and Kevin. I have also sent text messages asking for the written estimate and contract, but I have received no response and have had an extremely difficult time reaching anyone. Communication with this company has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them if you have an urgent situation and need prompt communication and service.
