I recently contacted Kalahari Electrical because of two of the three exterior GFIC outlets in the rear of my house were inoperative. I’m a big customer service guy and my communication with Bella was great. She was kind and professional in setting up my appointment. Technicians Jan (Pronounced Yon) and Gideon came to my residence, and did some troubleshooting to identify the problem. They were both great. Very professional and informative. The problem was diagnosed and the repair was completed . It was solid work, a fair price, and I would definitely recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Kalahari, Bella who i connected with at 6am when i called due to an emergency when my Electric Meter was ripped off of my hose when a tree fell and knocked down a telephone pole an connected me immediately with the first technician available. Yamir was the technician who came to my house very fast within an hour of me calling due to this emergency, him and his team were very quick to give me my quote and get to work! They were very professional as well as explained what they needed to do and how they would do it. I’m so happy with the results especially being in an emergency situation, and they worked with GA Power to re-connect my house back one the telephone pole was back up!

They came out the same day I called them. They sent text messages when they were on their way and when they arrived. They were great to work with. The replaced a light fixture for me and the cost was very competitive. I couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend Kalahari Electrical Services.

Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and even was so kind as to replace the bulbs in my fixtures with the ones I wanted. Great job! I definitely will call and use again!
