Jan the owner was absolutely thorough, professional, and all around excellent. Explained everything as he went and made recommendations for the future. Will be using him again!

Called for a walkthrough and inquiry about upgrading a an old, but functional panel to one w/ 30+ slots. The appointment process was quick and prompt, so a star for that. The rest of the session I could not say the same. Looking back, was not even sure if I got a walkthrough or not after spending $69 for the visit. Rather it felt more of a paid Q&A session. On the panel upgrade subject, more Q&A which is fine; answered a lot of questions about upgrades. All of this was less than 20 minutes, but then the guy spent the next hr or two tinkering, trying to figure out his quote program on his tablet. Three times he had to call the office about navigating it. It was ridiculous as hell. So after what felt like forever and idiocy, the quotes came out between $6000-8000 for a panel upgrade with surge protector. I am no electrician, but due diligence suggested that is easily twice and more the typical $1500-3000 for a panel upgrade with no repairs. All in all not a complete waste of time, but might as well with idiotic pricing like that. $69 not well spent to avoid this company.

We needed our meter and meter box replaced and different parts of the work needed to be coordinated between an electrician and the utility company. Couldn't be more pleased with the quick response and great work.

I want to start this off by saying I want to be honest and objectionable here. I understand a poor experience can make people overreact and leave a poor review, I mean that’s what I’m doing here, but I want to be honest about my experience and let others decide from there Our house is from 1986 we have an old panel and main breaker. Our main breaker kept tripping the other day and after hearing some buzzing after the first reset, we turned the breaker off and got a hold of an electrician and kalhari was the first who could come out next day between 12-4p on Friday. I called the next morning to confirm and make sure the work would be done even if they come end of day Friday and wouldn’t be without power for the weekend. The receptionist assured me. They came out at the end of the window at 3:45pm Friday afternoon. Which is fine that’s what we agreed. The electrician was kind, although he didn’t do extensive testing just checking the voltage. And said the main breaker was bad and needed to be replaced and was suggesting a full panel replacement which is fair given the age. We’re not 100% sure if it’s original or been replaced once, but either way it’s old. They said the breaker I needed was incredibly rare and hadn’t gotten 200 amp breaker for months and were trying to push me into a 150 amp. I already wasn’t the biggest fan of that but was open. But now that it was 4:15pm on Friday their supplier had one breaker left and closed at 5pm and they were pushing to make a decision right there so they could get it in time before the supplier closed if not we were out of luck until Monday. So this frustrated me because it went against what I was told earlier, while I recognize the electrician would have stayed past 5 this was still an issue I saw earlier and now it was end of day Friday and my back was against the wall to go with this company or be out of power for the weekend. I called the main office back was transfered to the master electrician who ran me through the situation and explained why the pricing was pretty high. Double what I was expecting and only for a 150 amp. And they had another woman listening on the line who accidentally came over and I heard her saying feed him the financing plan. I wasn’t very interested in financing. We have an emergency fund. We can afford a new panel, I just felt like their prices were high from research I did beforehand and now my back was against a wall. We ended up turning them away. Our electrician did his 12 point inspection and was cordial and understand ao I appreciate that, but overall my experience was not great. We’re new homeowners and if they had treated us right we might have been customers for life, but this is the first and last time we will use this company. I hope this sheds light as you make your decision, and I’m sure there are great stories with the company too, but be wary about he Friday afternoon slot and understand larger company, more overhead, higher prices. Pricing we weren’t expecting.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called after a storm caused my master bedroom lights to stop working, and the breaker and electrical outlet kept tripping. Since I’m not an electrician, I had no way of knowing what the actual problem was. When I called, I was told there would be a $69 inspection fee, which I agreed to. After arriving, the technician told me I needed a replacement breaker for $465. I approved the repair, trusting his professional judgment. After installing the new breaker, he discovered that it wasn’t the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for the incorrect diagnosis, he still expected me to pay the full $465 for a breaker that did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Then he told me it would cost an additional $695 just for further diagnostics—and that didn’t even include the cost of the actual repair. To make matters worse, the technician was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the visit. Rather than trying to help, I felt like I was being pressured into paying outrageous fees for work that didn’t resolve anything. In my opinion, this company’s pricing practices are unreasonable, and I left feeling taken advantage of. There are plenty of honest electricians who charge fair prices and treat their customers with respect. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before hiring this company.
