  I highly recommend Britt’s Flooring. Tammy and Micah was exceptional in helping with selecting the stair treads for our home. Additionally, Mark installed the treads with no problems and I enjoyed our conversation. Thanks again guys!

  This was our first time shopping for carpet and Britt’s made it a great experience! There was a large selection, nice and helpful sales staff and installation was smooth and very professionally completed. We couldn’t be any happier!

  Micah greeted us at the door and was very professional. He showed us examples of LVT flooring that still matched our original flooring that Britts installed in our home over 10 years ago. The product has held up well and is water-resistant since we have entry and exit from our pool. We love the product and service. We recently installed the matching floors in the stairs leading to a bonus room with a landing. Installation was done by Mr. Wendel Santos, and I can not say enough about his professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptation to the current unsquared original build. The results are incredibly beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the installation. Pricing with Micah was a pleasure. We know as consumers that the business must make a profit, but Micah worked with my military discount as a veteran and priced me correctly. There are many floor companies out there, but Britts has been around for the 20 years that we have been working with them, and as a business owner myself, that speaks volumes. They are not the cheapest, but they are of the highest quality at a reasonable cost. Your home is your investment for life, and going with cheaper products will cost more in the end. Britts brings quality, professionalism, listening skills, and relationship-building capability. They are my flooring company for life. They are also carpet installers and are honest. The carpet in the bonus room does not get used often and most retailers would recommend replacement; Micah recommended stretching for now. In another year or so, we will visit him again to buy a new carpet and installation for the bonus room.
