  I requested a service online and was instantly booked. The technician arrived a little late, which was completely understandable as his previous job ran over. However, he kept me updated, arrived exactly when he said he would, and finished the work in under 30 minutes. Excellent service! I’ve already saved their contact info for future projects.

  I was just finishing up a morning workout when I heard a bang coming from the garage. Sure enough One of my springs snapped. I had someone from Balanced Garage come last year to fix the door when my teenager backed into it. At the time they straightened it out got it back on the track and replaced my cables for no extra cost, same day! But they did warn me the springs were starting to look old. Sure enough the builder grade mismatched springs that came with the house, hit the end of their lifespan. Being trapped in the garage when you have important appointments later in the day can be extremely overwhelming. But Kwon showed up in less than an hour and a half from the time I called and replaced both springs and the cables again (Again, no extra cost) And I should be good to go for at least another 15,000 cycles. Kwon was helpful, informative, friendly, and fast! And he even moved my lasers so I could do away with my makeshift Shield that I use at certain times of the year to keep my door from popping back open again.

  Balanced Garage Doors provided us with great service. They arrived to my home within 2 hours of calling their office. Our service tech was Wyatt, he diagnosed our problem within 5 minutes of arrival, fixed issue quickly. Wyatt is certainly a good representative for the company. Price was very fair for the service and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Just last week I had an issue with my garage door. The cables got entangled and I can’t open the door. I was so desperate that I was searching google and social media for garage door service with 24 hour services. And I found J&B garage doors in Facebook. Thank God Bryan called and he and his team went to my house and fixed the issue. At the very start I met Bryan he explain the risks and danger that we my family may face in the future with current situation of my garage door. He is so knowledgeable, honest and gave his recommendations. He gave us a a good quote that is far beyond quotes of other garage door service. We decided to change our garage doors, and all oter parts. Like I expected they replaced my garage doors and change all the parts. They did a great job sealing it and ensuring that there will be no insects coming in. Now I have a brand new garage door we’re so happy and satisfied with great job they did.

  Mike was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone come out right away. I was worried because my garage would just reverse intermittenly while trying to close and both sensor lights were on so I figured this would be a head scratcher for sure but guys 20+ years of experience really showed. He already had a few things in mind after doing some inspecting and within the hour, he replaced my sensors and re-wired what was already a wiring nightmare and he tested it several times before he called the job finished. Very professional and his communication was great, which is not as common these days even with businesses. The price was a bit on the high end imo, but for the level of convenience, speed, and service, I would still recommend this business for anyone having garage issues.
