  I'm a repeat customer of Balanced Garage Doors. And the experience is always the same. Glenn and his team takes pride in not only the installation but the way they treat their customers. They are professional courteous and explains all aspects of the product down to the mechanics. Glenn and his team doesn't treat you like Number that makes their margin, you are a real customer and it shows in the way you're treated. They are punctual show up when they say they are going to and notifies you beforehand consistently. I will and have recommended the company to my neighbors and freinds.

  I learned about Balanced Garage Doors when owner Glenn was featured on the Home Fix-it Show on WSB radio. He talked about the importance of preserving the health of your garage door opener by regular maintenance of the garage door and all it’s mechanisms. I was able to get an appointment immediately. I had a great experience and highly recommend their service. The technician Kwon was professional, Knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. He took the time to explain the work, answered my questions and respected my home and my time. Again, I most definitely recommend them to others looking for dependable and professional garage door service.

  We had an excellent experience with Balanced Garage Doors from start to finish. Both Kwon and Damian were knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. The entire process was smooth, from selecting and ordering our new garage door and opener to the final installation. We also appreciated the competitive pricing. We compared several options, including quotes through Home Depot and Lowe’s, and Balanced Garage Doors offered us the best overall price.   The primary reason I called was for the problem of the garage door not closing when the sun is out at certain times. The technician swapped the sensors and said that if it still has a problem I need to get a new garage door opener. Shortly after he left the problem occurred again. I didn't think getting a new garage door opener was the solution so I checked the sensors and found the wingnut on one of the sensors was not tighten. After I tighten the wingnut and made sure the light was solid, the garage door open and closed several times without an issue. Update: I was impressed with the quick response from Glenn and his request to come back and verify the maintenance was performed correctly and look at the sensor issue. When he arrived he did a thorough check of both garage doors. Corrected wiring on one door and fixed a crack in one of the doors. He also reinforced the second door to prevent the same issue occurring. He then did lubrication, check various components, and did several tests of the garage doors opening and closing operation. Glenn exceeded my expectations and I am confident now that my garage doors are sound and will work reliably.
