  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received this morning. Kwon was the technician who came, he was professional, personable, and genuinely honest — a combination that’s harder to find than it should be these days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it, and while he worked, he took the time to walk us through the mechanics of our garage door and gave us many great tips on how to maintain it going forward. We really appreciated the extra service! On top of his technical know-how, he had great manners, respectful, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. It’s rare to come across this level of service, and it made a real difference. Highly recommend this company!!

  I had my garage door serviced in March, and when an issue unexpectedly came up yesterday, I called on Sunday. They responded immediately and came out first thing Monday morning at no charge. Their customer service is truly outstanding. The technicians were professional, courteous, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work with this level of integrity and responsiveness.   Wonderful experience, Kwon did an awesome job and ensuring that my door was repaired and ready for years and years of come. The technician arrived early, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes.   I tell people all of the time that the character of any business really shows when something goes wrong. EVERYBODY makes mistakes. It’s how you handle them that is a differentiating factor. And with Balanced Garage Doors - character seems to be absent. Not a single proactive move to resolve the problem. They seem surprised I noticed and are hoping I just forget about it. These guys replaced two panels on my garage door. They were quick, cleaned up everything, but apparently hoped I wouldn’t notice they put in panels that don’t match my door. See the picture. You think someone hung these panels, installed the handles and had no awareness that the original panels have a line the center and the new ones don’t!? Installation was June 5th. On June 6th at 9 am I reached out to tell them they anre the wrong panels. The response, after asking me to send pics to verify, “Shoot, ok. I'll get on it first thing Monday when the distributor opens”. I reached out in Monday the 9th asking them to let me know when they would be coming out “ Will do, thanks ” Was the response. Wednesday the 10th I checked in again “Working with amaar to see if any of the old style sections are still available. Waiting on them to get back to me . Sorry for the delay” So I asked “if they aren’t, what’s the plan” I haven’t heard a word since then. Clearly they knew they were putting in the wrong parts and are now just hoping I forget about it or something. The character of any business really shows when something goes wrong. And with Balanced Garage Doors - character seems to be absent. Not a single proactive move to resolve the problem.
