- JJJHarpFeb 7, 20231.0Ordered a lull forklift 6 days before we needed it. Was left high and dry with no lift and equipment to unload off of a truck. Called the office and they swore up and down they called both numbers for us and left messages. Which is untrue because we have no messages or missed calls. We also have an after hours call center to catch our calls that we have come in after hours. David the counter guy didn’t want to speak with me about the situation. Wanted to push me off to ano the er guy who didn’t care either. If you want an unreliable source for equipment rentals then you have came to the right spot!! Good luck with these guys
