  The whole experience was wonderful. The sales rep JOJO Reyes suggested picture windows in our 2 floor family room since opening them was impossible. He also suggested a single picture window over the front door instead of the center window with slide windows. The new windows look so much better. The installation crew was very polite knowledgeable and worked extremely hard especially with the 90 degree weather. I would recommend Window World and this crew! The price was very fair and came with a lifetime warranty (with an one time transfer provision.

  Julio and Enrique did a fantastic job on my new windows. The new windows blend in nicely. They replaced 8 windows in 6 hours. They removed and reinstalled all the blinds. Edit: They did damage one set of blinds, which I didn’t realize until after they were gone - I noticed one of the blinds they reinstalled was up and not down like the rest. When I went to pull it down it was very tight in the middle and the end string was cut. So my blind is stuck up and I’ll need to replace it.

  We had a great experience with Window World, especially Antonio and his installation team. They arrived earlier than their scheduled time, which was a pleasant surprise, and got right to work. Throughout the entire installation process, they were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. They kept the work area clean, treated our home with respect, and made sure everything was installed correctly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows in the finished product. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation and the excellent customer service they provided. I would highly recommend Window World, Antonio and his team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and hardworking window installation crew. Thank you for a fantastic job!

  While the crew arrived later than expected, I was kept informed by their project manager Aaron. My concern was they would rush through the job, but they didn't. I was very pleased with the quality of work that Kevin and Bryan provided. They were careful with my plants and cleaned up after, they did an amazing job. I am very pleased with Window World's product quality and service.

  After many months of research, learning all about the different types of windows, interviewing sales people from different window companies, I was most impressed by Shane Dailey at window world. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace 23 windows and two storm doors. From our initial meeting, all through production and delivery, the process was seamless. Not a single hiccup. Very professional. On installation day I met Rafael and his crew. They worked 10 hours straight until finished. From the very beginning they taped up all the windows on the inside, careful not to create a mess. After finishing the entire job, they swept up all the debris, cleaned the windows, caulked them inside and out, all the while very polite and considerate of me. I highly recommend window World not only for their beautifully crafted windows but also for the professionals they employ. Wonderful experience. Great people.
