  I've tried several other hvac companies in the past several years for the exact same issues with marginal results. After yesterday, Reliable hvac has earned and will get my business because; their online scheduling was fast and efficient, I got a follow up confirmation via telephone and email within hours and same day service on a 97 degree day. Their tech, Christopher texted his eta, showed up on time, was very polite and professional but above all, competent. He diagnosed and repaired the immediate problem that caused my A/C to quit and also corrected the things I've paid other companies for unsuccessfully. He made several adjustments to provide for efficiency and better performance so no more too cold or not cold enough rooms! Finally, I ask a lot of questions and he patiently explained what and why, so I now understand considerably more about my equipment. Great customer service, pleasant experience and now everything's working as it should.

  We've been customers with Reliable now since 2019 and have been genuinely happy with the service. However, and to echo the sentiments of others on Google Reviews, communication has been a problem, especially recently. Our AC went out on the 20th. I called and was told the earliest appointment would be the 25th, so I could expect to be without AC for four sweltering days. Rushed home today for the 12-4 pm window, and no repair tech. No tech called, no VM, no texts, no emails. I sent an email. and follow up text at 4 pm. and 4:30 pm and got a phone call about 90 minutes later apologizing for missing our appointment and told that all of the techs are running behind. Next appointment I can get...Saturday. We pay for "Comfort as a Service," yet it seems that our comfort is not a top priority. It seems that it's becoming more of an inconvenience. But the bill still comes every month; strangely, on time...

  Joe was absolutely fantastic. He communicated with me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional. He also wore booties, which I really appreciated, because we don 't wear shoes in our home. We had a leak in our master bathroom. The water flowed, through our master bathroom to master bedroom to our entire kitchen ceilings and cupboards. Joe fix our plumbing issue, as well as a courtesy, he checked our other bathrooms to make sure everything was okay. He went further as a courtesy to check all the water damage in our home, and saw damage we missed. He was God sent. . Also my baby puppies loved them, that was a good sign.   I have got to be honest, first couple times I called them to schedule the guys missed the window of time they were scheduled for but that’s understandable because in their field often times there is more to be done than what they were scheduled for. This time Tamarge was here early her replaced an outside spigot and an element on my hot water tank, he was knowledgeable and explained why these issues happened and how to prevent them. He was thorough and efficient. In and out. Prices were reasonable for this type of service. I will definitely be calling again. Give them a chance they won’t disappoint. Thanks Tamarge for restoring the hot water to full capacity. Now my daughter can enjoy her 35 minute showers.. teenagers 🤣

  Horrible plumbing department. We have been without water usage with a small infant at home for over a week due to miscommunication with dispatch and the plumber. Had multiple phone calls after our initial plumber came to diagnose our issue that was unresolved. Dispatchers were supposed to call back regarding service and could not get in contact with our plumber directly for 4 days, just for them to schedule the incorrect appointment. Once plumber was finally scheduled, they called same day to cancel after we took off work. Rescheduled then AGAIN same day were told the plumber was “having a hard morning.” Needless to say we found another company that was able to help same day and not give us the run around. Lost us as a customer. We’ve also used Reliable in the past and their technicians have been inconsistent. One technician installed a new water heater, then at our follow up visit with a new technician we were told the water heater installation was “not up to code.” They then tried to have US pay for their mistake by installing another new water heater less than 6 months later. Very concerning that you never know what you’re going to get with this company.
