  Avoid these people. Great job selling me an $11k unit, but full of empty promises. Nothing 100% about their guarantee. Unit was faulty from the beginning. Calls unanswered, service appointments missed, damage to main floor walls unrepaired, drywall debris on furniture. 8 weeks of begging them to return my calls and replace the faulty unit and still not working. Requests to speak to the general manager were declined, also asked for the sales director, also would not call me back. Even asked for the install director, also never returned calls. Be careful with this company.

  Kashka Jefferson with Reliable Heating & Air provided outstanding service today. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He took the time to carefully inspect and service both of our HVAC systems, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He was respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and gave us confidence that our systems are running at their best. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Reliable Heating & Air is fortunate to have Kashka on their team. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, dependable, top-quality HVAC service.

  I am a repeat customer for Reliable. They replaced my air conditioner a couple of summers ago. I was notified by my water company that I may have a leak and I checked with a few other company's, but I decided to go with Reliable because of the quality work they've done before and the warranty. I was able to schedule an appointment with Reliable via the website fairly quickly. Max came out today to inspect my plumbing and was able to find the issue and fix it! He was phenomenal! He's extremely knowledgeable and professional, and provided excellent customer service. He got the work done quickly and answered every question I had. He did not try to oversell me, and I really appreciate that.

  I found this company deceptive, if not outright dishonest. We have four catch basin drains connected to 6-inch corrugated pipe; they’re draining, but slowly, so I requested hydro jetting. Reliable’s website advertises this service with “average repair cost beginning at $189” (see attached). However, when the technician arrived, he said I first had to pay $419 for a camera inspection before they would even quote the jetting. That pricing requirement was never disclosed when I booked the appointment, and it effectively makes the $189 claim meaningless. I’ve used hydro jetting twice before and was never required to pay for a camera inspection first. I paid the $89 service fee and chose not to proceed. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Reliable.

  Worst experience ever. We had an appointment almost 2 weeks ago for yearly maintenance. It was listed that way on the appointment. They got here and said they had no cleaning supplies or the air filter. They said they would call back. A week later I called and they showed up for the 2nd visit with nothing and said they had to take a pic to see what filter they needed. For the 3rd visit, they called right before to cancel and reschedule since they said they didn't have the filter or anything needed and that it would have to be ordered. They were supposed to order this after the initial visit 2 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a maintenance but still hasn't happened but yet they took their money from me in the mean time.
