    This company is anything but reliable. Our HVAC unit was installed on June 18, and as of July 9, the installation is still incomplete. We’ve had technicians at our home four separate times and are now waiting for a fifth scheduled visit to finish the job. Throughout this process, we have been more than accommodating with scheduling, yet the company has repeatedly failed to communicate. Despite multiple requests, no manager or director has returned our calls. We have also requested copies of our contract and warranty several times and have yet to receive them. The problems began immediately. Within 20 minutes of the initial installation, our new unit froze because no air filter had been installed. Shortly afterward, the unit leaked water throughout our crawlspace because it was not leveled correctly. When we reported the leak, our calls were ignored, and it took 10 days for the issue to be addressed. Even now, the installation remains unfinished. The unit still needs to be charged, a return installed, and the system properly sealed. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for our time has been extremely disappointing. We expected much better service, especially after purchasing a brand-new system. If you’re considering this company, I encourage you to look elsewhere unless you’re prepared for repeated service calls, poor communication, an unnecessarily frustrating experience and potential legal action.

    Sometimes things happen at the worst times, and my air conditioner not turning on 11 days ago during this very hot stretch is one of them. So I made an appointment and Tony my technician came out and tried to fix, but a part was needed/ordered...so I had to stand down and wait. Well the parts department delivered the box and today Tony came early and made the repair! YEA! Everything seems to be working and my animals are happy! Also I would like to give a shout out to the energetic young lady who takes calls after hours, her empathy and desire to help made me feel special. (I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you lovingly called me "Mr Greg") Once again thank you Tony for your conceinoius work ethic and desire to get it fixed. I hope Reliable Heat/Air values you! GT

    My air conditioning stopped cooling on Thursday, July 2, 2026. I contacted your company immediately and was advised that the earliest available service appointment was Wednesday, July 8. Although this meant being without air conditioning for six days during a period of extreme heat with temperatures in the 90s, I accepted the appointment. At approximately 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, I received a text message advising that my scheduled appointment could not be kept and suggesting that I reschedule for Saturday. Because the message was sent so late in the evening, I did not see it until the following morning. When I contacted your company, I was told the cancellation was due to a shortage of manpower. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, they should not result in customers who lease your equipment being left without air conditioning for an extended period during dangerous summer temperatures. Nor should a scheduled appointment be canceled with such little notice after I had already waited nearly a week for service

    Stay far away from this shady company. Service appointment between 12-4. No show. Somehow they “lost” my service request. I had to argue with them to send someone out as I was desperate to get my AC fixed in July heat. The guy finally showed up at 7pm and looked at the outside unit. Then looked at the inside unit. Blower motor not functioning. Instead of troubleshooting the issue. He told me that I would need a new control panel and new blower motor. No testing for power. No diagnostic work. Just, it’s going to be about $2500. He then tried to push me into getting a whole new system because when one thing goes out, they all go out. With using AI, I was able to diagnose the problem, a bad transformer. A $40 part that I installed in 30 minutes. And what do you know, I have AC now! This company is a complete joke.

    June 4...Contracted to have a heat pump installed and was told I had to pay up front either entire cost or half. I paid $5000, less than half but more than I was comfortable doing. June 6...Two days later on install date no one showed up to do the work nor did they call to offer an explanation. June 6...Contacted salesman and sales manager in writing to cancel contract and request refund of deposit be made to my credit card company. June 8...salesman called and "blamed girls in the office, never happened before in 100 installs, he has too much time invested in this sale". Reinterrated cancel contract and refund $5000. June 26...billing department said you show a credit. Told them my credit card company shows no credit, reply was no one told them to return the money. He would talk to his supervisor and let me know. No call back June 29...called billing department left follow up message requesting status of refund. They called back and I was told "to calm down, you have a credit on our books." Offered to look into it and let me know something! July 1...still no call, no credit, nothing! Horrible experience!!!
