  We had an issue with the main water valve in our house. While it wasn't an emergency, the team at Pike Plumbing was quick to respond. While on the job, their team was courteous, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved on a difficult job. The price was a fair rate for the work completed and was done quickly. Highly recommend!

  Great service and communication by Zac Pike (boss) and Guillermo Salazar from Pike Plumbing. I like dealing with a smaller and more personable local company. Price for the item repaired was a little bit higher than I would have expected but it was next day, the work was performed well, and payment was simple. I had to have a Temperature and Pressure valve replaced on a 6 year old water heater. Parts are inexpensive but expertise is invaluable. The valve was stuck in the open position as water was steadily dripping from the overflow line on the side of the house (thankfully not in the house). This valve is a very important part of the system as it relieves dangerous pressure buildup that could cause the tank to burst/explode or it is a sign that the temperature on the water heater controlled by the user interface module is too high. Hopefully no more issues for a while but if issues arise I will likely contact Pike Plumbing again. I highly recommend that you consider hiring them for your plumbing needs! Update: Unfortunately I had to go ahead and have the pressure regulator replaced (was reading 120 and now a proper 60ish). This was probably the root of the problem. Nonetheless, both points of weakness and protection have been updated. Hopefully no issues for a while. Yet another great interaction with Pike Plumbing! Carson Weaver was the plumber sent out today and he did remarkable and efficient work. Very professional man. Excellent employee I’m sure. I’m very happy I called Pike. The cost of the problem cut into summer travel budget but it’s part of home ownership. If you need a plumber especially in Cobb or Cherokee area call Zac!

  Pike were the plumbers at a major reno at our previous house and did an amazing job. They have also always shown up promptly in emergencies and are straight forward in their diagnotics. They just replaced our 17 yo water heater in and were punctual, reliable, and effective as usual. Great family owned business in North Atlanta. Can also rely on them to fix the problem and stand by their work.
