  Doulas was very helpful in finding situations needing immediate or long term attention. He is thorough and provides excellent explanation of the need for the work and the exact nature of the work, backed up with photos.

  I needed a new water heater. It was unexpected, but D.D. explained why the old was no longer working, walked me through the process, pricing, and gave me tips on how to maintain the new heater. Excellent service. The only company I will use for any plumbing needs.

  Absolutely fantastic service! Yahya and his crew were fast, friendly and extremely courteous. The place was spotless when they finished as well. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

  I submitted a request via Angi and within seconds I received a call from Integrated Plumbing Solutions (around 12:30pm). The gas line at my property had a leak so I needed someone to go out and locate the leak. It did not take long to get everything squared away with IPS and they sent a plumber out to repair the line. By 2pm the line was totally repaired! The service was insanely quick and everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

  I had an emergency on a Saturday where I had a bust in my home’s water main. IPS was the only company I could get to come out on short notice. Felt pretty lucky to get quick help but that was only the beginning. Douglas was the gentleman they sent out and he was phenomenal. Explained everything in detail. Showed me what was going on and what caused the pipe to break. He was efficient with his time. Cleaned up the dirt and mulch where he dug in. Honest in his approach at every step. He even called this evening to check in and then responded to my text message when I had a question later in the evening. Probably one of the best service experiences I have had. Hope the company appreciates Douglas. Real asset to have around.
