  I cannot say enough great things about Integrated Plumbing Solutions! We have now used them twice, and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding. The first time, our water heater failed unexpectedly, and it was a true emergency. IPS was the only company I could find that was willing to come out on such short notice. From the very first phone call, their communication was exceptional. They kept us informed every step of the way, arrived exactly when they said they would, and immediately got to work. Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and had our hot water restored quickly. Most recently, we called IPS back to install a new kitchen faucet, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Our technician, Matt Benyamin, was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the work being completed. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about providing an exceptional customer experience. I also want to recognize Matt, the owner, and his incredible team, including his sales manager, Todd. It is obvious they have built a company that values honesty, integrity, professionalism, and customer service. Every person we've interacted with has been friendly, kind, informative, respectful, and responsive. They communicate exceptionally well, show up on time, complete quality work, and charge fair prices. We've been so impressed with Integrated Plumbing Solutions that we've referred several close friends to them, and every one of them has come back with glowing reviews as well. It's refreshing to find a company that consistently delivers on its promises. We have complete confidence in Integrated Plumbing Solutions and will absolutely continue using them for all of our future plumbing needs.   I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions around noon on Monday 7/20/2026, letting them know that my hot water was not working. Ben McCullough came to my house < 2 hours later, and informed me that I needed a new hot water heater. He also told me it might take some time to find the model I needed since it needed to be very specific to my crawl-space, etc. Later that same day he told me they had one, and could install it the very next morning. It took them < 4 hours, amazingly. He & his associate Corbet Herron got it up & running and now I have hot water again. So, it took basically 24 total hours from first calling IPS to having a newly fullly installed hot water heater. Ben & Corbet were both very personable and total professionals, and I can't recommend them and this company enough. Thank you again fellas!
