  I normally don’t get a chance to do reviews, but I had to stop and do this one . I highly recommend this company! The customer service was absolutely amazing! We had a service agent named Justin Who is extremely efficient, had a wonderful personality, and got a job done right! I also want to mention The customer service I received over the phone, A woman named Kelsie was extremely patient and courteous with a timing issue that I had. And might I add how fast the service was? They get a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for Service excellence!

  I came in and was treated like family. Everyone was kind and friendly Took time to explain to me what could be done to fix my problem Came up with a plan and was at my house and done 2 days later Thanks Better Buy Glass I will definitely use them in the future

  I have used this business twice and both times the service was exceptional. The quality of the windows was far superior than the builder grade windows previously installed. The turnaround time from point of sell to installation was less than a week. Cindy was like meeting a longtime friend. Such a beautiful spirit. Randall and Juan were professional ,knowledgeable and well skilled in their trade. Thank you guys so much for providing such a wonderful experience and service.

  I am so happy I found out about the Better Buy Glass Company. My master bedroom window started fogging up with terrible condensation and my transit windows in my family room rubber started coming loose. I contacted three window/glass companies to find out they wanted a minimum of thirty thousand dollars to replace my twelve windows. I found out about Better Buy Glass and had them come out and to my surprise I can all of windows replaced for under five thousand dollars. Please, before you sign anything contact Better Buy Glass. I was told that my transits windows could not be replaced without replacing the entire window. Better Buy Glass is replacing only the top damaged small transit window unlike what I was told. I've had the master bedroom window replaced. I'm waiting on my family room for the transit windows to be installed and will send you pictures once they're finished with the job. Thank God there's a company that still exist and are not trying to rip people off. Thank you, Better Buy Glass. First Class Customer Service as well. Here's my before and after pictures of my family room small transit windows where the rubber was coming apart within the glass.
