  I am so happy I found out about the Better Buy Glass Company. My master bedroom window started fogging up with terrible condensation and my transit windows in my family room rubber started coming loose. I contacted three window/glass companies to find out they wanted a minimum of thirty thousand dollars to replace my twelve windows. I found out about Better Buy Glass and had them come out and to my surprise I can all of windows replaced for under five thousand dollars. Please, before you sign anything contact Better Buy Glass. I was told that my transits windows could not be replaced without replacing the entire window. Better Buy Glass is replacing only the top damaged small transit window unlike what I was told. I've had the master bedroom window replaced. I'm waiting on my family room for the transit windows to be installed and will send you pictures once they're finished with the job. Thank God there's a company that still exist and are not trying to rip people off. Thank you, Better Buy Glass. First Class Customer Service as well.

  Worse experience I have had with a glass company in May years. Called for a quote, they said they only deal via email then told me via email to call them to pay for up front. Was quoted $440 and then charged 680 Took over a week after they ghosted to 2 days to get them to install show up, it’s been 12 days and now I have a charge on my card and still a busted window.

  I'm having 1 screen, rescreened. Approximately 1 week, price seems reasonable.. About the same cost as if I did it myself. Associate quick, efficient, and pleasant.

  It’s a reason they have some many negative reviews. Horribly customer service, shotty work, and long response and wait times. I wouldn’t go to them. They offer you lower pricing to be competitive but the service you get matches the low pricing. Go with a better company and save you and your residents a headache.

  Just had a single window replaced and got charged $1100. I am on the 3rd floor and they said that's why it was so costly although a scaffold wasn't needed. Also my next door neighbors just had 2 windows replaced last year for the same price as my one. Better Buy Glass said AFTER I paid upfront that they offer discounts to seniors and military veterans. I am both a senior and veteran and they never mentioned that to me until after I paid and said it was too late for a discount and partial refund. I won't be using them again.
