They tried to charge me nearly $2,000 for a compressor replacement, and after they touched my unit, my AC was running worse than it was before they arrived. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of their work. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion from a reputable technician who quickly identified the actual problem and repaired it correctly for only $300. No compressor needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Whether this was incompetence, careless work, or an attempt to push an unnecessary repair, the result was the same: wasted time, unnecessary stress, and a system left in worse condition. I strongly encourage anyone dealing with expensive repair estimates from this company to get another opinion before spending thousands of dollars. It could save you a lot of money and frustration.
