They have a huge selection of granite to choose from. Once I made up my mind, they immediately tagged the slabs (polished Monalisa is gorgeous) Measurements were taken and about 10 days later removal of old granite countertops were taken out and installation began. The guys did a fantastic job. Our new counter tops are sooooo pretty!

Very large selection of countertops and the staff was incredible. Extremely nice and very helpful however, check, double and triple check the fees, especially the hidden fees. Those are ridiculous. We paid half up front, then a day or do before installation, the fee went up $600. Not happy at all

We are writing this review to share our highly disappointing experience with MC Granite, Jasper, GA, regarding our kitchen remodel. While the initial sales pitch was professional, the execution, communication, and craftsmanship fell completely short of basic industry standards.
Key Issues Encountered:
• Poor Craftsmanship: The installers cracked the quartzite and left without telling us. We noticed it immediately after their departure. We called the salesman, came by to look at it, stating they would replace it. Took 2 weeks before they replaced it and to install the backsplash. Once again, different installers cracked the backsplash, left without telling us. Following week, another new crew brought the backsplash back, repaired. We refused it because it was in 3 pieces. The 4th week, it was brought back with another new crew. The backsplash was still in 3 pieces, we signed up for 2 pieces, one seam. Carlos said it could not be done. I asked him to come see the backsplash and to discuss a solution, he told me he was too busy and couldn’t come until late the following week. This is when we fired them.
• Project Delays: The project was estimated to 2 weeks, but it ultimately dragged on for 4 weeks due to their installers lacking the knowledge of installing quartzite. They were dry cutting quartzite on our driveway, leaving a mess each time they came.
We heavily regret hiring MC Granite for this major investment. I strongly advise other homeowners in the area to look elsewhere for their renovation needs to avoid the stress and financial headache we experienced.
But in the end, we hired Granite North, Ellijay, GA and they came to our rescue. They installed the backsplash with one seam and did an awesome job!!

Our experience with MC Granite was unparalleled! Everything from picking out the stone, to discussing the layout to the actual installation was perfect. They were so patient and accommodating, despite our change requests. They were extremely responsive and we felt valued as a customer. We worked with several people there including Teresa, Sam, Tiffany and more and every interaction was pleasant. They are a pleasure to work with!

Robert Steel with MC Granite in Jasper handled our project from purchase through installation, and we couldn’t be more pleased. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about stone and took the time to educate us on options, durability, and what would work best for our home. His communication was excellent throughout—always responsive, clear, and easy to work with.
We did hit a small snag early on, but Robert addressed it quickly and kept everything moving without missing a beat. That really showed his professionalism and ability to manage a project the right way.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He helped us track down the exact slabs we wanted and coordinated everything seamlessly, even when materials were located in different places. The installation was flawless—even with some complex cuts—which says a lot about the quality of the work. The entire team at MC Granite was professional, skilled, and clearly takes pride in what they do.
Highly recommend Robert and MC Granite if you want someone who knows their stuff and truly manages the process from start to finish.
