I am completely satisfied with Jape with both their sales and service teams. I had not heard of Jape before, but my neighbor told me about them after contracting with Reliable years ago. This was the same team that worked there before they changed management. Jape sent over Jeremy White who was very easy to talk to and a good listener. He knew the old system I had very well (York), and was amazed it lasted as long as it did (35 years). Jeremy did a great job teaching me about their new Trane high efficiency AC/furnace units. There was no pressure what so ever. I usually hate the (hard) sales pitch, but Jeremy was totally chill and very understanding showing me the features and benefits of all the systems. He even advised me to upsize some supply ducting to make the system more efficient (it wasn't sized properly during the original install). He didn't pressure me to make a decision then and there and gave me the time needed to compare and get other quotes. He was obviously comfortable with his product. This was not true with other sales people I had who tried to persuade me to make a decision on the spot. In one case, we had to ask someone to leave when he wouldn't take no for an answer. Jeremy won the sale and they worked with me on price as I had to get my hot water heater replaced too (1998 model).
The Jape service crew did a phenomenal job during the install. They sent three crews (two separate units and hot water heater) to the house at once to get the job done quickly and efficiently. So I only had to work from home one day for all of this. They were in and out in less than 4 hours and were super helpful in answering all my questions on HVAC in general and these systems in particular. The two crews were great working together (brothers) and everyone was incredible friendly and very respectful to me and my home. They prepped the house for the traffic in and out and cleaned up everything when they were done. They spent a lot of time showing me how to operate the systems including my wireless app and the great features that I never had before. Jeremy returned to the house afterwards a couple weeks later to make sure i was satisfied and to ensure the system was operating at peak efficiency. I really appreciated that. Plus, we get two more free service checkups the first year to make sure the systems are operating properly.
All in all, I've never had a better experience with a contractor as I did with Jape. I will recommend them to everyone who asks me about HVAC purchase/service. This new company will do well with the type of staff they have and the way they do business. I am so thankful there are still companies like Jape out there who understand honesty and integrity are still important and operate with the customers best interest at heart. Thank you!
Amazing experience with the Jape team! They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of having our AC system replaced. They came promptly and gave us a great quote and were flexible with some of the changes we requested. These days, companies act like you're doing them a favor when engage with them. but Jape consistently thanked us for our business and the opportunity to work with us. When does that happen anymore?!!!

Called to schedule a technician to come out because our HVAC system isn't working properly. We agree on a day / time and then the lady on the phone says, there is a $89 service charged. Their Google page says Free Estimate. Lady on the phone, "Oh that's only for complete replacements." False advertising! Do better.
Great experience with Jape from start to finish! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and took the time to explain why. He was educational in a way that never made us feel dumb, and he thoroughly explained all of our options — even why the most expensive option wasn’t necessary. Honest and never pushy… that’s how you earn business!
They were also able to get us scheduled quickly, which we really appreciated. On install day, Jesse and Kevin were great! They took great care of our home, made sure not to leave a mess, and explained what they were doing throughout the entire process.
Once everything was finished, Jesse took the time to walk us through all the bells and whistles of our new system. From the attic to the bottom floor, no detail was overlooked!
Would absolutely recommend Jape to anyone and will definitely continue using them in the future!

We needed to replace our 25-year-old Furnace and AC system. My inquiry with Jape service was responded to very promptly and Mr. Daniel Jape meet with us within 24 hours of our request. Daniel arrived on time, was very friendly, polite and professional. He reviewed the existing systems thoroughly, took the time to respectfully answer all of our questions and provided recommendations that best fit our needs. As a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, I found Daniel to be very knowledgeable of the systems he was proposing and not just a salesperson selling a product. My wife and I try to only work with companies we feel will provide us with long term customer support and service. After talking with Daniel, we felt that Jape Service could be that company for us and decided to have them perform the installation of the new system. The office made all of the scheduling arrangements simple and seamless. They were very prompt with all inquiries, and you could tell the business model was based on providing customer service. The removal and installation process was simple and professionally handled. The crew answered all of my questions and were interested in making sure that we were happy with the installation. The system has been running very well since installed and Jape service has handled all of our post install inquiries, questions and follow-up needs in a professional manner. We would recommend Jape Services and look forward to working with them for our HVAC needs and service.
