  Steve was PHENOMENAL. We called Jape to get a THIRD opinion on an issue with our AC. He immediately found a leaking coil, handled all of the leg work with the manufacturer and got the replacement parts needed (when the first company "couldnt find a leak", and the second company said the parts were out of warranty and wanted to replace the entire system for us). What a breath of fresh air, dealing with a reliable and trustworthy service technician and company. Thank you so much, Steve.

  Our main HVAC system was experiencing issues that were a result of an improper design where the main unit did not match the amount of duct work in the house. This created a number of problems and overall it meant replacing all of the existing HVAC equipment and cutting new holes in the ceiling of multiple rooms for additional ductwork. We also went from a 2-zone system into a 3-zone which meant adding a 3rd thermostat. We shopped 5 HVAC vendors for pricing and we ended up choosing Jape Services for two reasons: their equipment prices were lower than the competition and their financing offer gave us the ability to be able to afford the entire job. The initial estimate for job completion was two days. The 2-man crew decided to knock it out in a single day. That meant they were at our home from 11AM until just after 11PM. It was a long day for all involved, but throughout the long day of work the 2 technicians were always respectful of our property and they did not rush through the tasks necessary to ensure a properly installed and calibrated system. The overall design proposed by JAPE saved us money, the flexible financing allowed us to be able to afford the work, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Our main level and upstairs bedrooms have never felt better and we appreciate the effort put in by the JAPE team.

  Technician quickly diagnosed the issue, made modifications to the system to reduce the chances of it happening again, and showed me how to diagnose it and fix it myself. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use Jape Services again.

  Jeremy is amazing to work with! Very professional, trustworthy, and excellent customer service. This was his second time coming out to my home and his expertise is phenomenal. I highly recommend this company!
