Over the past five (5) decades the Jape's grew their Atlanta service business to one of the largest HVAC companies in the nation & sold the company in 2017.     I hired this company twice. The first time they came out in May 2025 to install a return and supply vent in my office. For context i have a tiny office but a lot of computer equipment that produces A LOT of heat. At the advice of a Jape tech we added some air flow to the back of the room and put a return above the PC. During our conversations we discussed adding manual dampeners incase my office was ever too cold or too hot. He also advised to add them to my entire attic and the invoice reflects that in the "description of work" section. Exact line says "Install a manual dampener system to push more air into office space, a total of six (6) dampeners." However in the quantity section they only charged for 3 so for whatever reason he only installed 3 (this was clarified to me at a later date as i went a whole year thinking i had 6 dampeners). Fast forward to June 2026, i hire this company again to come out and redo the rest of my attics ductwork due to almost 30 years of age and faulty sealing around boots allowing condensation to build around the vents causing mold. They do the work and over the course of a couple weeks i notice that one of the vents in my office is blowing harder than ever before. Almost as if the manual dampener is gone. I go into the attic and sure enough there is only one dampener to be found and that is the dampener on the only duct that wasn't replaced because it was brand new, installed by JAPE a year prior. While in the attic i also notice what an absolute slop job they did on the new boots and ducting. So bad i could see light around the boot coming from a bedroom. Vent to my bathroom not properly sealed whatsoever. I called with my frustrations and they agree to come out and fix the issues. They come out to rectify the work and immediately the guy is rude. Tells me whoever installed a return and extra supply vent in my office shouldn't have done that. (news flash it was Jape). Tells me I didn't pay for 6 manual dampeners I only paid for 3. He showed me the part where it showed quantity 3 and i showed him where it said 6. The invoice was very confusing and he agreed. I thanked him for clearing that up. If i only paid for 3, I'm happy to only have 3. I ask "Okay so there's 3 in the attic currently then?" He says "no". He also says the person who installed the ductwork (Jape) did a very poor job and he's gonna make sure everything is sealed properly. He leaves my house telling me the manual dampeners have been installed and everything was good to go. I go out of town over the weekend to visit family and today was my first day back in my office to work. Vent is still blowing air as hard as before. I go back into attic to find the manual dampener to adjust the air flow. NOTHING THERE TO ADJUST. I checked every duct by the furnace and no additional manual dampener in sight. So i was blatantly lied to by this company and tech, an absolute rush job was performed on installation, and they have smeared mastic everywhere on the ductwork to fix the first tech's mistakes. I paid 3k for a job that looks worse than the 1998 installation they removed did. If Jape wants to make this right, I will be happy to remove this review but until then it will stay. As of right now there is equipment STILL missing from my attic that I paid for.

    I cannot recommend Jape Services highly enough. From my very first meeting with Daniel on June 26 through the installation on July 1, every part of my experience was exceptional. Daniel took the time to thoroughly explain the different HVAC systems, their benefits, and the best options for my home and budget. He patiently answered every question I had, never rushed me, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision. On July 1, the installation team exceeded every expectation. They drove nearly two hours to my home, arrived on time, and treated both my home and me with the utmost respect and professionalism. The weather was extremely hot, and then a dangerous storm unexpectedly moved through the area. Despite those difficult conditions, they worked safely, stayed positive, and completed a beautiful installation. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to doing the job right were truly remarkable. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Everything was installed neatly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The price was exceptional and very competitive, especially considering the level of customer service and craftsmanship I received. If I had one small recommendation, it would be to provide homeowners with the owner's manuals and documentation for their new HVAC system before leaving the installation. Other than that, I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Jape Services is truly a hidden gem. In today's world, it is rare to find a company that combines honesty, integrity, fair pricing, exceptional customer service, and outstanding workmanship. I sincerely hope they never lose the customer-first values that make them so special. Thank you, Daniel, and the entire Jape Services team, for your kindness, professionalism, and hard work. I look forward to seeing you again for my maintenance visits in October and beyond. I highly recommend Jape Services to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can truly trust.     We picked Daniel and Jape Services after collecting competitive bids for a large service. Jape came out and installed two new Daikin air conditioning systems with new thermostats and some zoning changes. It all went smoothly and is working exactly as promised. We recommend Jape Services and will use them for ongoing maintenance.

    I transferred my HVAC services to Jape Services after my previous HVAC company was sold to another company. Once my existing service agreement was honored, I knew it was time for a change. I chose Jape Services because of an experience I had with them several years earlier. When I was considering a new HVAC system, I contacted Jape for a quote. Daniel, the owner, personally came out and spent time dicussing my actual needs rather than trying to upsell me on equipment I didn't need. He provided an honest assessment and a very competitive quote. At the time, replacing my system turned out to be premature, but after gathering multiple quotes and doing extensive research, I never forgot the professionalsim and integrity Daniel demonstrated. Recently, I had my first maintenance service with Jape Services. Steve, a 25-year veteran of the HVAC industry, performed the service and did an excellent job. A few weeks later, however, I noticed a significant influx of sewer flies in my basement. I had plumbers and exterminators come out, but no one could identify the source. The only possible entry point I could identify was near my HVAC condensate pump. I had an appointment scheduled for the following Wednesday, but due to a work trip, I needed assistance sooner. Even though it was Saturday, Jape Services immediately sent Steve out without hesitation. He thoroughly inspected my system, pulled apart the heating and air conditioning components, sanitzied the area, cleaned the condensate pump, and made sure everything was functioning properly. Before his visit, I had already vacuumed up dozens of sewer flies daily and had been dealing with what felt like 30 plus flies throughout the area. After Steve's service, I saw only one fly the rest of the day. Whatever the source was, the problem has clearly subsided. What I appreciate most is not just the technical expertise, but Jape Services' responsiveness and commitment to customer care. They treated my concern seriously, responded quickly, and made me feel valued as a customer. That is exactly the kind of company I want handling my HVAC needs. I trust Jape Services completely and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgable, and responsive HVAC professionals.

    If you need HVAC work, I highly recommend Jape Services: Professional & Reliable: They listen carefully, communicate arrival windows clearly, and show up exactly on time. Fast Response: When we experienced a system failure, their turnaround time was incredibly quick. Great Value: Replacing an HVAC is a heavy burden, but their fair pricing and 0% financing made the entire process so much easier. Perseverance: When you have a problem, they will work until it is resolved. We had a tricky problem and they were completely committed to getting it right, no matter the effort it took.
