Rented tractor with tiller 4-24 for the weekend. Told it would be delivered 12-5. Got off early from work and waited. At 420pm was called and told the driver was over his DOT hours and would need to bring it in the morning. DID THEY NOT KNOW THIS BEFORE THEN??? Was 100% chance of rain so I planned on using Friday night, and Sunday. Either way rescheduled for 4-30 told 12-5, but would be 1st delivery. At 1245 called and was told another driver called in and would be close to 2pm, no problem. Was delivered at 2pm and at 4pm begin using it. Noticed 3 point hitch bent so bad it was gouging tire. Made 2 passed with tiller, and PTO shaft snapped In half. Called and reported issue was told that a tech will call sometime Saturday. Asked how this will effect my time? Not really given a straight answer. I believe at this point I have rented a $900 piece of junk. SO WE WILL SEE HOW ITS HANDLED!!! Moved on to some bucket work noticed front tire a little low on air. No big deal aired it up only for it to leak back down after 30mins. Now I know I have wasted $900. Waiting to see how this gets resolved, will repost the results. Right now will not recommend and I am not a happy customer. No phone calls or repairs completed today. Tractor is useless and nothing accomplished today. Will call 1st thing Monday to see how this gets rectified.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
