During a pandemic, Morton was the only dependable thing.
Timing has never been my thing. Choosing to build a shop/garage during a world-changing pandemic was probably not the smartest decision to make. Now that I type this out, the idea strikes me; I didn't choose to do this during a pandemic. The pandemic CHOSE ME!
Yeah yeah, it's funny how things work out. I worked with Chad from Morton Buildings a couple months in advance to knock out a quote for what I wanted. If you know Morton's reputation, then it should speak for itself. They design and build tough, well-designed, and reputable buildings for pretty much anyone. A little research outside for Yelp will show you that Morton has a reputation any business could/should envy.
Once Chad and I decided on the building, then he got me on the schedule for the build. He acted as my general contractor for the entire building, from top-to-bottom, and I'm glad we chose this route, because something happened in the world. I'm sure you've heard of it, but The Virus put everything either on hold, or in a tailspin. Chad and Morton helped me navigate the delays, and with a little communication, we got through it all.
Morton delivered on schedule, every time. Chad was amazingly clear and concise to work with. I spoke with his boss a few times at my build site, and made sure to tell him that Chad is a gem that should be cherished. Chad and I became friends outside of the build, because he's that easy to work with.
If you need a building built, then Morton should be your choice. PERIOD.
