    Up to this point.m, it has been a great experience but when our 2 year old still under warranty unit went out on a Tuesday, we were told they could not be out until the following Monday. I called everyday hoping to find an opening, but everytime it was the same answer- ‘we don’t have any appointments available.’ Now, I get that sometimes there’s just nothing you can do but each person I spoke to I told them the situation, I have two small children and my house is currently 85 degrees. I was never offered to speak to a manager. All my calls were an inconvenience to them. I cannot have another company come out to fix it because it will void the warranty. I thought choosing a bigger company like reliable would be better as they have more staff to help out in situations like this but I was wrong. At this time, I would not recommend this company- especially if an emergency happens and you need help.

    Please beware of this company I had a complete new unit installed 2 weeks ago and I have already had to call them out here 4 times this is my second time leaving a review and I wish it was under better circumstances but its not if I could give zero stars I would the brand new unit that was installed has now started to leak causing damages to my ceiling i called reliable and the customer service department told me they didn't have anything available until 4 days later I ended up getting someone else from their team that returned my call after I left her a voice-mail she informed me to cut my unit off in 95 degree weather with my whole family in the house and said no one would be available until later that day I had to stress to her the urgency of how important this was to get someone out as soon as possible and to please send someone different because the guys who installed it are the guys they kept sending out and i dont think they know what they are doing a guy came out and basically put a bandaid over the issue and said someone else still needed to come out called the representative back to let her know what was said and she was completely confused and had no knowledge about who the guy was that came because that's not who she was sending and that she didn't have any reports at this point im concerned about the lack of communication this company has with each other fast forward to way later that afternoon the same two guys who put in my unit came back after i stressed a bunch of times not to send them back did patch work on a brand new unit when I asked them is this issue going to happen again they couldn't give me a definite answer but I really didnt expect one considering that they forgot to put a whole part on the day they installed it and didnt realize it until they couldn't get it to work and doing patch work on a completely new unit is unacceptable calling customer service department is a complete waist of time and nobody ever returns your phone call the only reason I was able to get someone is because i called the person who called me the first time because i complained in another review again please beware of this company they use third party contractors that have no idea what they are doing every time they come out they say everything is ok yet another issue always arises when i ask when is my unit going to be inspected i never get an answer reliable is very unreliable this whole process has been a complete nightmare save yourself the headache and pick a different company

    I used them a few years ago and paid the monthly financing payments. The first year it worked but ever since then it has failed to cool our house. I called them back a few times to service this unit but they told it was not covered even though we were still paying the monthly fee. We refinanced the house and had to pay off $5,000 dollars we owed for a unit that doesn’t work. I’ve called for any help and have been turned down. So now we have a $5,000 A/C system with 3 A/c units in windows from Walmart and the house is 77 degrees with small kids in the house!

    My AC went out and I set up an appointment. The technician came over an hour past the window he was supposed to arrive. The second I started talking to him I had a weird feeling about him… he was a bit patronizing and felt more like a salesperson than someone who really was working in my best interest. He checked my system and said that my compressor was broken (a $2300 fix). When I asked him how sure he was that was the problem he said “100%” and that it was my only option. He wasn’t able to prove the compressor was bad (all the grounding readings were good) but jumped to that conclusion and chided me for thinking it could be something else. I called a friend of a friend at a small local company (Berg Heating and Air) to get a second opinion and it turns out I just had a bad breaker. Just saved $2300. Stay away from Reliable. They seem to be more intent on selling you their most expensive service than actually helping you out.

    Warren and his coworker were awesome. Arrival window was 8-10. Got a call at 9 saying they would be at my place at 10, which was exactly when they arrived. Both were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Install went off with no problems at all. Warren talked me through the specifics of the inside unit after he was finished. All my questions and concerns were addressed. They didn’t leave until the vent / return temperatures were exactly what they were supposed to be. Excellent service, would for sure recommend.
