  Excellent service! Every step we were well informed, every detail was covered extensively. They were courteous during installation conscientious of any mess and cleaned everything up completely. We are happy with our new air conditioner.

  Our entire experience with Reliable was excellent. Olie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional during our initial consultation and stayed responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Matt and Tony our installers were excellent as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They made sure they took the time to make sure our system was installed and working correctly no matter how complicated it was (they had to jump through a lot of hoops due to our previous system being a disaster). I couldn’t ask for a better experience and highly recommended them. Raises for all three!!!

  Reliable installed 3 HVAC units at my home in one day. The professionalism and value is unmatched. I got a lifetime warranty with yearly maintenance at a very fair price. I also had a subpanel replaced by their electrician and leak detection system installed by their plumber who also replaced the pressure release valve. Scott Carter and his excellent team made all of this happen. Scott went above and beyond. I have NEVER had such great service when it comes to my home.

  This company was no joke! Definitely recommend them specially with their program that are running Scott, the salesman was very good And the two employees That did the job worked very hard to get it done for us in one day.

  No so reliable. Several months ago I reached out to reliable because I have a hole in the drip pan underneath my unit upon speaking to the tech that came out and someone at the office I was convinced to purchase their service plan and was told that the service plan would cover the parts on my unit after x amount of days. Fast forward I called back to have someone come out regarding the same drip and this guy that came out who who did not know that I was actually the owner and thought I was a tenant told me that there was a drip inside of the unit and that drip wasn't going into the pan and that I needed to replace the condenser coil therefore I need to get a whole new unit I don't know how the hell the rusted drip pan underneath my unit which is working perfectly fine by the way constitutes replacing the entire unit? I was told that the parts weren't covered by the service plan that I've been paying into every month however I would get a discount on a brand new unit, This is a typical bait and switch move and these people need to be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. I may have been born at night but I was not born last night. I advise everyone to be aware with shady practices like this.
