- LSLayne Saliba5 days ago5.0Really happy with the service I got from Tier1. I called around a couple of places and they were the most responsive, affordable and quick to schedule. They quoted me a price to replace my springs, came out and ended up having to go get larger, more heavy-duty springs. Still charged the same price as quoted. When the work was done, they even gave the door a little tune up, making sure the chain was tight, wheels and pins were sprayed to make the door quieter and ensured it was level and sealed correctly at the bottom. Overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be calling for any future needs.

Completed the remainder of the service in a timely manner. Got an email for the bill, which was exactly the quoted price. Will be using Chad in the future and highly recommend him.
