  Purdy’s remodeled my master bathroom almost 3 years ago. We were beyond pleased with the final result! One of the vanity mirrors came loose a couple of weeks ago. The Molly had pulled out from the sheet rock and there was a hole. It was hanging by one side. I called Purdy and a project manager came out to look at the damage in just a couple of days. He took down the mirror and said he needed to talk with his boss about the best way to repair. Mike came out today and spent several hours repairing and painting. You can’t tell where it came loose. This was after warranty work, but they did it as good will! I would recommend them for any remodel job. They are professional but mainly they are so nice to work with

  Had Purdy tile my bathroom and tile my backsplash in the kitchen. I will be upfront that the tiling in the kitchen was great. The bathroom on the other hand not so much. One being the grout and it started cracking a little after a year following installation. Not sure if it wasnt properly sealed or what. Unfortunately it is past their warranty so I will have to get this fixed myself. Part of the installation was plumbing work. The shower plumbing work is good to go and haven't had issues with that, but the toilet has been an ongoing issue. I had it start leaking in the first year and since it was in warranty they agreed to fix it. They didnt level the flange to the tile so to fix it they put in spacers instead of replacing or correcting. During the fix I asked what happens if this doesn't work and it leaks again beyond my warranty. They told me technically its past my warranty but they would be willing to come back out. Well it started to leak yet again and I reached out twice to the office to get the toilet fixed. They agreed to send the plumber back out but on both attempts the plumber never reached out to schedule. I have text messages from Purdy stating they would fix the issue but everytime nothing is followed through. All that being said, backsplash and dry areas like that which dont involve plumbing work was great. But I wont use them again for anything in a bathing space or if it involves plumbing.

  We hired Purdy to remodel our master bathroom and closet. The project included moving walls, plumbing, and electrical. The project was scheduled to take 2 weeks and wound up taking 20 weeks. Purdy showed up to demo and start rebuilding walls with no drawing. They removed walls one day and put them up in the exact same place the next day. We asked Purdy why no drawing had been provided and were told their software could only do cabinetry drawings. The “certified” plumber plumbed the hot and cold water lines for both master sinks on the wrong side. Dry wall work was pitiful and had to be redone multiple times before it was anywhere near acceptable. No one came to make any repairs until after we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There were multiple days we were told someone would come make repairs so we made arrangements to be home and no one would show. We’d call the office and they were unaware no one came. The tile work and countertops were nice but do not hire this company for anything more than that. They have no concept of project management.
