  We had an emergency and our AC unit broke and Chase came out and fixed it immediately at 9 o’clock on a Sunday!! We have 4 kids so we appreciated him and all his help so the littles could go to sleep. Love that this is a faith based company and family oriented. We will definitely be using them again. 🙂

  Chase and Honor HVAC are truly top-tier. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer. He came to my house on a Saturday and instantly diagnosed the issue and my AC was working right after his work. Would highly recommend this company.

  My entire experience with Honor HVAC was simply excellent!! I called in and spoke to Lynn to schedule a first time appointment with Honor HVAC, our home unit wasn’t heating or cooling. Lynn was kind, polite and knowledgeable, as well as reassuring. Their system kept me updated with confirmations and arrival times by both text & email. I was apprehensive about the appointment in general. I’m an older woman who is just now learning how to deal with home maintenance issues and have been taken advantage of in the past with service providers. I received a text the day of the appointment when my Technician, Landon, was on the way. The text gave me the name and photo of my Technician, a very thoughtful business practice. Landon arrived as scheduled and was a courteous young man that was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Landon was not only knowledgeable, but willing to show and teach me as he went along. He thoroughly explained the issue and was 100% transparent about all costs, up front. I am so pleased I’m actually seeking their annual service plan! I admire & trust Landon and highly recommend him as a Technician. My son referred me to Honor HVAC, he’s used the services of Honor personally and basically said they were the best, only people for me to call. Chase, the owner, has set up a business model that is outstanding and I am grateful to have them on my team! Thank you all, Lynn , Landon and Chase for doing what you do.
